I already have a Big O credit card, so the guys didn't need to offer me an application. Excellent service as always. Thank you. They somehow manage to make me feel like I'm the only customer in the store, no matter how busy they are at the time. This takes skill. Keep up the good work guys.

I bought a couple of tires, had an oil change. The tech called me and let me know of some other services I needed. I was not pressured to accept all needed services. I did have them change the engine filter but I declined on the other two. I really appreciate not being forced into something I couldn't afford at the time. When I picked my car up, Amy explained everything to me. Awesome place to take your car!

I needed a repair on a tire on a Saturday, they saidbthey would get it covered but wouls take a couple of hours. That was fine and I dropped it off. They called after 3pm closing said they had it done. When I got there they waited on me to gwt my car, and the repair was free. That is awesome and I love Big o for taking care of me.

I have been bringing my cars/truck to Big O for service for many years. Although the store is busy, they always take time to explain problems and answer my questions. I recommend using their night owl drop off. A stress free method to service your vehicle. Beyond basic car service, the store is a good source for aftermarket items. I was provided cost comparisons for aftermarket wheels. Using their expertise, they ensured the wheels would correctly fit my truck. I asked them to examine my truck for an additional transmission cooler. They asked questions and were more interested in ensuring my problem was solved, rather than selling me the item.

Amaya was very helpful with tire choices and best quality. She schedule our appointment when it would work for us and all services were completed in a timely manner.

Monday, Septmeber 23, they store was completely busy. They were short handed. I was still out in 45 minutes. So much better than a dealership with an appointment time.

I went in with a tire that kept going flat, unfortunately I had a staple in the wall of my tire that could not be fixed. However the sweet lady at the front desk helped me pick out the perfect tires for a great price.
