We live in an age where customer service is second and profits come first. Not at Big O in Mooresville!!!! These folks understand and live true customer service and it is reflected in their work. Even when there are small issues they will go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied. After my last service I encountered a small point of concern and they immediately went to work to ensure I was 100% satisfied. No discussion, no argument, but truly wanted to make certain that I was happy. Shane contacted me after he was alerted of my concern, found a solution and then followed up with me after simply to make certain that I was completely satisfied. This is a rare trait and should be rewarded. I would highly recommend this group of professionals for any of your needs!
