They had a long wait but that was clearly communicated and they called when the car was done. I was not immediately available to pick it up so they took my payment over the phone and left my key and receipt in the car for me to pick up. Very easy!

I've been doing business with Big O Tires in Mooresville In. For many years. They have always been professional and gone above and beyond to satisfy their customers needs. Many businesses could take a few lessons from them. Great job guys.

I had an appointment at the Martinsville Walmart to get a new set of tires. They asked me to come in early before they were even open. When I finally found someone to help me they were extremely rude to me. I called my daughter who is a customer of yours, she called got a quote from your staff who were very nice and helpful. I left Walmart and brought my vehicle to Big O. It was very busy but your staff was still kind and courteous. I will be a repeat customer.
