Big O Tires

1st technician seemed a little overwhelmed, distracted at starting/ completing task. Put 2md technician to help job was completed to my satisfaction. Cant beat the customer service but knowing what your getting going in, expect a wait

Price quoated and price charged about the same. Time to do repair reasonable.

All I needed was a tire repaired (nail in it) and they were very busy. Not only did I get a ride back to my home, but no charge on the repair. They made it so easy.

Tom and the entire team in moorseville Indiana where all polite and on top of there game. They new what they were talking about and took me out to the bay to look at the issues and why I should do wha they where suggesting

Quality of word was good, in a timely manner. It was appreciated.

Really wish that you would tell us where the car is parked. I had to wonder the side lot for a few minutes. Only to be told they parked it at Arbys a building over.

Service rep Jeremy saved me hundreds of dollars by finding a comparable tire to replace one that had a nail in it instead of telling me I had to replace two or even replacing four that are still very good Michelin tires.

Shane the Manager was very helpful and very nice
