Had a battery fluid light come on. Checked in late Saturday and was told I would get a call back Monday morning. The associate was friendly and explained the fact y'all were busy. I got a call in the time frame I was told and everything checked out fine. Appreciate everyone following thru with their word. Thank you!

Worked with tom on some tire balance issues. Had switched out couple bad tires from manufacturer, then ended up replacing with different tires. Tom was very knowledgeable and quick turnaround time which helped alot. Will continue to use big O tire company on all my vehicles!!
