It is always a pleasure and a positive experience at Big O's. Tom, Amy as well as all the entire team are always wonderful and thorough. The work is accurate and well done! We love our tires, get oil changes, alignments, and this time it was a complete new radiator installed and we greatly appreciate the good work! Thank you very much for great service!!

Tom Duh, service manager, was great. Pulled up my previous tire purchase 3 years ago, matched up what I needed and got my new tires and alignment done in same day.

I was treated with respect and with a friendly attitude.

Didn’t have an appt, but they were able to work in my wife’s car to replace a wheel bearing that day as she had to be at work the next day.

I am a woman and can sometimes be intimidated when going somewhere to have work done on my car. Big O does not make me feel that way. Amy was fantastic on the phone and Cole and the manager (I didn’t catch his name) were professional but also friendly. They spoke respectfully to me while making sure I understood what was taking place with my car. They did not talk down to me just because I don’t know a lot about cars and I very much appreciate that.
