I have rated Tom, his team members, and Big O as a corporation in the past. However, I would like to mention what I witnessed in the waiting room while my vehicle was being serviced. There were approximately 6-7 people waiting on there vehicles to be serviced and we all began talking about our past service at Big O Tire. Not one single customer had a negative word to say about their past experiences with your company.

I've dealt with them before and my satisfaction continues.

Have bought tires from this Big O store before and each time it has been hassle free and in a timely manner. All that I ask for....

You are my go-to tire store. I show up during the snowstorm at noon. The gal tells me it's going to be a few hrs before they can even get the car in the bay to look at the tire. I offer to come back, she starts the ticket for me, so when I come back, it's all printed. Problem solved in 2 hrs. You guys/gals are always hustling, busy and great on customer service. I explained my tire problem to Shane. He told me they were very busy but would try to squeeze me in. he was able to repair the tire in less than 1 hr - which, considering how many cars were in their lot, was much faster than I'd anticipated!

Excellent service from ordering to installing tires for my 5th wheel RV

stopped in because i had a slow leak. ended up with two new tires covered under warranty. also decided to have my oil with my changed. which was completed in a timely manner. Time and price were very appropriate. also your employees were very pleasant and knowledgeable.
