Service was great But what's up about the free alignment offer! I bought two new tires for my granddaughters car and had to pay for the alignment Offering a free alignment after I paid for one sounds a little misleading But as I said earlier service and your associates were great

I can’t remember the guys name that helped me an cashed me out but he was super helpful came out an talked to me as soon as I pulled in , told me the price didn’t try talking me into spending more money an was very helpful . An they got my oil change done pretty quickly

The service was outstanding. They turned a stressful experience (flat tire on 465) into a quick resolution. I showed up 45 minutes before closing and was welcomed with no resentment for possibly having to stay past closing. I will be back for other services.

The left front tire sounded funny on our way home (still in Mooresville, IN). Looked to see if it was flat and saw a screw in it. The first place we thought to take it was Big O Tires. Tom to take a look at it. He said the screw was in the wall of tire and could not be repaired. He gave us a great deal on a tire to replace it and provided us with his business card if we needed anything else.
