Big O Tires

Have used this Big O store for years. this visit worst ever. was there for 1 hr and 15 min. one lane had a vehicle being worked on which was in the bay when I got there and was still there when I left. so all the vehicles routed through 1 lane. 4 oil changes in 1 1/4 hours about 19 min each.. Lots of employees standing around conversing. The one calling the shots was the leader in a lot of the sessions. and attitude changed to worst when I brought this to his attention

I cam in on a Tuesday and was told they could not help me and I was to be called back on Thursday to verify the time to bring my van in for work. I received the phone a day late at about 11:00am and I told them that I had taken it to another place to be fixed since I never heard back. I was a loyal customer to Big O for years but that location is just too busy to give good service. As I was having all brakes, rotors and tire rods repaired I was not comfortable with you guys doing the work. If you are too busy for a phone call them I definitely don't want my brake job rushed. I was already upset that I paid for an oil change a few weeks earlier and they were so worried about getting out on time that I did not get the "full" service.

10 stars they did a great job when I brought in my 2011 Ford Focus for its 3 month oil change

We intended to purchase 4 new tires. Approximately a $700 purchase. We were told it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait. Since we didn't have another vehicle in order to drop it off we elected to stay. At approximately 2 hrs 40 min. our vehicle was still in the parking lot. I inquired as to how much longer it would be and was informed there were 6 people in front of us and it would be another hour. At the 4 hr. mark our vehicle had not moved. We left and will not be back. We understand that it was a Saturday and very busy but surely the employees had enough experience to know give a fairly accurate time estimate.

The service was great. The estimated delivery of the service was two days, but it was completed in less that one.

Can't tighten bolts had to go numerous time to get it fixed

They let me know what it was up front what it cost. My tires was put on in a timely manner.

The service supervisor was great. However the mechanic who balanced and rotated tires didnt catch the fact that 3 of the tires were falling apart on the sidewalls and tread. I discovered it two weeks later but thanks to the supervisor he honored my warranty as it had become late by 2 days. Shouldnt have happened.

We weren't greeted at the car because we left the car after hours and put the keys in the drop box.

Excellent experience that I remembered getting from years past and will continue to bring all my suspension / tire needs your way

The people at Mooresville told how long it would take and they did good and on time on my new tires.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Big O Tires for 19 years and I'm very happy with the service.

Dave and Shawn was more than helpful beat everyones pice around. Changed my veiw on Big O awhile back Thanks again
