Tom at Big O always does a great job! Takes care of all the families five cars.

I came in to ask for a donation for the Monrovia Masonic Lodge #654 Car Show. Then asked for a Tire rotation. They told me that it would be around 3:30 before they could be able to do it, the time was 2:30 when I came in. I ask if I could leave and come back, the young Lady said yes. I came back and they rotated me tires and got me out of your store. Also I would like to thank Dave for the two gift card he donated to the Car Show.

Tom was on top of things as usual.

We like Big o have been a customer since they open but had problems with putting tires on boat trailer in the time that they told us and then they had taken off one of our new tires it was told not to be removed and put an old one back on it so they had to redo that after we got back

I'm a do-it-yourselfer.... I bring my wheels and tires in when I have a flat or if I need new tires mounted and balanced. I've always been treated extremely well and the service I've gotten has been excellent!

Big O just treats us right!

Without an appointment, I had a tire going flat and stopped to see if they would check it. They were extremely busy on a Monday morning, but took me in and explained it would be a 1 to 1-1/2 wait. My wait was approximately 1:10 minutes and they discovered a had a nail in each of my two front tires. They repaired both tires and there was no charge to me. I was very satisfied with the overall service and repair.

I absolutely loved that they followed my instructions on being so careful mounting my new wheels!!!

The staff were very friendly and very helpful with explaining everything to me. I was told the last time I was there I needed brake pads. I scheduled to get my tires replaced and said something about my brake pads and was told I didn’t need them right now. So I want to thank them for their honesty.

My husband and I have been doing business with the Mooresville, IN Big O Tire location now for the past few years and we have to say that their customer service is exceptional. Especially Tom, he is ALWAYS friendly, courteous, professional and above all has the customers best interest AND getting the best price possible at the forefront of his mind! Every time we call or go in for our oil changes they are always busy but no matter who answers the phone they are always friendly and we have never felt rushed. We have always been treated with dignity and respect anytime we have had any conversation or business transaction with them and sadly that is a dying characteristic of many companies today. So we say "THANK YOU' to a job well done to everyone at the Mooresville, IN Big O Tire store and we are thankful they are a vital part of the community! Tommy checked us in, we dropped car off, when it was completed, Tommy called, we paid with card over phone, and picked up later that evening. All paperwork was in car along with keys.
