Big O Tires

Have used this Big O store for years. this visit worst ever. was there for 1 hr and 15 min. one lane had a vehicle being worked on which was in the bay when I got there and was still there when I left. so all the vehicles routed through 1 lane. 4 oil changes in 1 1/4 hours about 19 min each.. Lots of employees standing around conversing. The one calling the shots was the leader in a lot of the sessions. and attitude changed to worst when I brought this to his attention

Best center in Indy.

I cam in on a Tuesday and was told they could not help me and I was to be called back on Thursday to verify the time to bring my van in for work. I received the phone a day late at about 11:00am and I told them that I had taken it to another place to be fixed since I never heard back. I was a loyal customer to Big O for years but that location is just too busy to give good service. As I was having all brakes, rotors and tire rods repaired I was not comfortable with you guys doing the work. If you are too busy for a phone call them I definitely don't want my brake job rushed. I was already upset that I paid for an oil change a few weeks earlier and they were so worried about getting out on time that I did not get the "full" service.

Great service. Great price. I had not bought tires from Big O in years. I stopped in to price tires and got such a great deal,not only did I get tires, but an alignment that I needed. The total cost was what most places wanted for tires only. Thanks again.

We intended to purchase 4 new tires. Approximately a $700 purchase. We were told it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait. Since we didn't have another vehicle in order to drop it off we elected to stay. At approximately 2 hrs 40 min. our vehicle was still in the parking lot. I inquired as to how much longer it would be and was informed there were 6 people in front of us and it would be another hour. At the 4 hr. mark our vehicle had not moved. We left and will not be back. We understand that it was a Saturday and very busy but surely the employees had enough experience to know give a fairly accurate time estimate.

I worked with Shane and he is on his game. Busy guy, but taking care of everything. By everything, I mean the small details too. Overall, I was impressed..... and that is hard to do. Whatever you're paying Shane, in my opinion, he is worth more than that. When he is at Big O, he is Big O.

Keep up the good work you all do.

My grandson bought a truck with bad tires and although the store was swamped with people wanting tires before a big snow, Shane located some tires, had them picked up and installed an hour AFTER normal hours.

3+ hours to change two tires and didn't have time for an alignment.

I brought my car in Friday evening and intended to leave it with them to pick up Saturday morning. I was surprised that they had finished on Friday night. Great service. Great people. I will definitely be back.

Left store with lug nuts not tightened at all... almost lost wheel at speed.

I had my sister's A/C repaired and she shortly after got sick and passed away. I subsequently got the car in January and did not realize the A/C was not working. The car sat until last week when my son drove it and said the A/C was not working. We called the store and they told us to bring it back and they added Freon for us. I appreciate the help. It was still under warranty and they got to it right away

Your crew could have seriously injured myself or others with their terribly shabby brake inspection.

We waited 2 hours for an oil change. The vacuuming was not done good at all.
