The first time I came the service was great, I had no problems and was in and out in the time given. This last time I dropped off the tire was told it would be 2 hours, that was fine. 4 hours later I am told they "forgot" my tire and would get to it. After being there almost 5 hours I finally had a tire, was offered no apology or anything. Was also charged more then I was told the cost was going to be. Very unhappy with the service and would not recommend to anyone!

Big O always makes sure we are getting what our vehicles needs at the best price and always stands behind their products and services 100%. I like that they know their customers and provide the "small town" customer service.

I complained on the contact us form and asked for a call back, which I received, and was apologized to by the owner I guess and told they would resolve the matter. Well I have not heard anything else about the issue. I have already had numerous issues in town and to have the employee blurt out what I was trying very hard to be discrete about, is embarrassing and quite frankly very rude. I do not need more problems to arise and there were a good deal of customers in the store, the looks I got when they heard.. I am not happy at all at the customer service. They do good work but the customer relations could use some help. For that reason alone is enough to warrant 1 star from me. Until this issue is resolved, I will not change my mind about this review. People need to know how rude some of the staff can be. It is very appalling for this to happen to a customer.... Will not recommend at all to anyone.

I had several questions and they were all answered and I was very grateful since I know very little about tire maintenance. I always relied on my husband for everything pertaining to our car and now it's on me, since his recent death. I look to folks who I can trust. I felt at peace when I left the store.

Oil change part always good, but went to get new tires was going to spend 700.00 plus dollars, was told it would only be 1.5hrs until my tires were on and I was out the door, 2 hours later my car was still not pulled back to have the tires put on. I asked for my keys back as I was lied to about the time, turns out the entire wait time was actually 3.5 hrs. They left my keys in my car, with the windows up, my car auto locks, lucky they had just put them in there, had my keys sat in the car for 2minutes the doors would have locked and I would have been sitting there until 7pm at night waiting for someone to bring my spare key. Needless to say, I went somewhere else and you lost a huge sale, all because your people are slow and liars.

With so many choices, when it comes to automotive repair, how do we know that we have chosen the best? Sure, prices are always a consideration however, if a business is willing to lower their prices to get your business, what else are they willing to do? I'm alway skeptical when a business offers to meet a competitors pricing. Doesn't that usually mean if I didn't ask that I would have been charged a higher price? I am a loyal customer of Big O Tires because I can trust that I am always being charged a fair and competitive price. More importantly, I can trust my automotive needs are met with quality parts and my automotive concerns are diagnosed correctly, the first time. There is a reason Big O Tires Mooresville has more than fifty mechanics working on a daily basis. Sure, if you call enough people, you will find someone to do your automotive repairs cheaper however, can you trust them to do it right the first time and to stand behind their work? Sometimes, cheaper can end up being more costly in the long run. I like consistency, honesty, dependability and trustworthiness and if the need arises, I don't mind paying a little more. If the need arises, please go to Big O Tires Mooresville and ask for my service advisor "Shane." Tell him Sam recommended him.

I called last week before showing up, they told me they could get me in. An hour and a half later i left without a new tire on my car. Told me to be first on there the next day. I didn't as my husband had to drive from monrovia to lawrence with a bad tire. Hopefully i can come back and it be a little better.

I had another great experience. Shane, he was polite and very knowledgeable. He knew who I was before I even had to tell him my name. I plan to bring all my vehicles to the Mooresville location.

I went there to get a patch on the tire ended up having to buy a used tire the guy said he was going to clean off the brakes so they grabbed better now we have to take the car to Ford because ever since I pulled out of the driveway after waiting three and a half hours it sounds like the whole back into the car is going to fall off I called and they basically told me there's nothing they can do about it all we did was change a tire well that's not a true statement

We have been taking our vehicles to Big O in Mooresville for many years now. They always get us in promptly and let us know ahead of time what the cost will be. It's great to have someone that you can trust when it comes to your car's performance. Many thanks!

I have to assume based on prior experience with other stores that they know there stuff. I do not, however, appreciate waiting an hour... then asking for my keys back... then magically being the next one... while watching people arrive (without spots) get service and leave. I do not appreciate being argued with when I ask for my keys back (since my car was still sitting out front) and made to feel like I couldn't leave... especially since they wouldn't give me my keys back. Not a happy FORCED customer!

So I came in last Friday and had my tires rotated because I was going on vacation. so I went to Gatlinburg Tennessee and a few other places went to North Carolina and on the way home Sunday experience shaking in my vehicle. So I had to take off today to take it in to you guys to find out the front left tire lug nuts were not all the way on. It could have cost me my life and on top of that it cost me one day of work which is 8 hours with no pay.one thing I am thankful for is that we didn't have an accident but somebody probably needs to review your camera and who did not tighten the Lugnuts down on my front left tire and again it costed me a day of work.

In January of 2017 I took my car to this location to get my tires fixed. ( My tires are less than a year old and I purchased them from this location. ) Ever since I purchased them they have been leaking air. Every 2 days I was needing to put air in them or they would go completely flat. I dropped my car off in the morning. They called me at around 1:45pm to let me know it was fixed and I could pick it up. I picked my car up after work around 4pm. I paid just over $100 for the repairs (2 of my tires needed new valves). I took my car home, checked my air pressure and every tire was different. One tire had 45lbs of pressure while the other tires had 32-35 lbs of pressure. (My tires are supposed to have 32lbs. ALL 4 OF THEM) One of my lug nuts was loose on my front passenger tire. ( Please note that I am a female and could turn this lug nut with my bare hand type of loose ) And I was missing a tire stem cap on of them. So I adjusted all my tires pressure, tightened up my lug nuts and called it a day. I get a phone call from Shane the manager at around 6:45 pm that same night. The conversation went a little something like this..... Shane says " Hi Rachael this is Shane from Big O. I don't know if you heard what happened to your car today while we had it here at the shop...... ( I am immediately thinking oh great they freaking wrecked my car today) then Shane continues with " the tech that was working on your car was test driving it when he was finished and got pulled over in your car, and got a ticket. He was going pretty fast." <--( word for word ) Shane continues " I don't know if you would have ever even heard about this, but just in case you did, I did not want you to think that we were hiding anything from you, because we wouldn't do that. And we want you to know that we do not approve of these actions and the person involved no longer works here." I say "um okay...." still in kind of shock and then say "thanks for informing me." Little did I know that the husband of my Human Resources manager here at work was the police officer that pulled this guy over. The real story is the Tech was driving on SR67 going 87 mph when he was clocked. He not only was issued a ticket, but was also issued a reckless driving ticket as he was going 30 miles over the speed limit!! Also this took place right before 3pm which was over an hour after they told me my car was done and 1 hr before I picked it up. This officer immediately knew this was my car ( he knows me and also knows my car as it is pretty obvious ) He informs the owner or one of the mangers at Big O that he would be telling me about what had occurred that day since his wife and I work together. This is the only reason why I called a phone call from Shane that evening. Not one word of this was mentioned when I picked up my car and paid for it. Now I am not one to want anything for free, but the least that they could have done was told me when I was there what had happened. Instead of trying to hide it until they knew that the police officer was going to tell me. In my mind any good business and anyone of a professional mind set would have made the entire situation different. Shane should have pulled me aside when I was in there and been like "Hey Rachael, this is what happened today while we had possession of your car. This is not how we operate our business and we do not condone this. We want to make sure that this does not happen again so we have let this person go and if you find anything wrong with your car just let us know. Also your valve stems are on us today." ( or at least a discount) I mean if I wanted to I could sue them I totally could. But instead I think I will just let everyone know about my last experience with this place and how it was handled. Big O tire will never receive my business or anyone that knows me again.

I dropped my car off on a Thursday afternoon to have an oil change done and mentioned my car was shaking while i braked, the guy at the counter assured me that an alignment and rotate and balance would fix that problem and then just walked away and left us standing at the counter. We picked our car up Friday at close and drove it straight home. We left Sunday morning and headed to Indianapolis for a day at the Zoo, only to realize during our car being serviced they forgot to put my radiator cap back on my car, and my car was overheating on the side of I65 and the shaking was still there. We had our children in the car crying because they were so hot, we had no were to go and had to wait for someone to come rescue us. When i called first thing Monday morning i talked to the manager who apologized for us having to go through that and insinuated that if i brought my car back up he would "take care of it" because they needed to look at the brakes to fix the shaking problem. He asked me to bring my vehicle up Thursday evening and drop it off to be worked on Friday, when he called friday morning he said it would cost me $500 to fix my vehicle. I asked him what he was planning on doing to "take care of" the problems we had and he offered to take off $100. At this point i will never bring anything of mine to Big o to be worked on ever again, and as Co Owner of AAA Trucking i can assure we will never do business with them again.

I went in for a simple balance and rotation of my tires I purchased from BigO, there was an accident in the parking lot which blocked traffic and delayed service time. Shane Harris, manager and his crew were still very professional and as expedient as the situation would allow. Great service as always!

The last few times I have gone here, I have been disappointed. They are so slow I waited over 4 hours to get tires rotated last time when I have free tire rotation since I purchased tires with them. Today I left my car to get a tune up - left it at 8 a.m. and I called them at 4 and they were not going to get to my car today so I wasted a full day and they couldn't even call me. I was 13th this morning when I dropped my car off this morning and I saw the list when I picked my keys up and there were cars after mine that had gotten serviced. Very disappointed and last time I will use them - I used to trust them and they have serviced my car for probably 10 years.
