We waited 2 hours for an oil change. The vacuuming was not done good at all.

I've been coming here since they opened the doors 20 years ago. They have always treated me right and do very good work. They always do what they say they will do and do it right.

Called the store to inquire about a specific tire. They were able to get me the tire I wanted the next day. I arrived at the store first thing in the morning, was greeted professionally and they got to work on my tires right away. Throughout the process, everyone was courteous. Coffee was hot, restroom was clean, waiting area was comfortable. Great experience.

Incredibly overpriced!!! Have never paid that much for an oil change on a gas truck. Dealership and other quick lubes usually charge between 50-65. Not $107!!

Shane & Nick are the best. Big O Mooresville has taken care of all my vehicles with a professionalism not often found in an auto service center. I am always contacted first about costs of repairs.

Worst: My experience was horrible. The service took really long. The employees were rude and disrespectful at times. It took 6 guys to watch one wash a tire.

I have bought all my tires from Big O, I did have a problem with the tire staying inflated, brought it back to the store, you fixed it promptly, it stayed inflated this time. I brought My son in law to your store he bought two tires. Which were cheaper then his usual store in greenwood. Thumbs up.

23rd waited 90 min for alignment and rotation they didn't do the rotation had to wait another hour for the balance and rotation. It still is pulling to the left and is still rubbing.

These Big O people take very good care of you. I've used them over and over again. Even when my wife go in by herself they take great care and do take advantage of her. There just good people. Thanks

came in for a head light replacement. Youtube video that I had viewed stated that the battery needed to be removed to get to the head light. mechanic opted to take the grill and light fixture apart to enable him access to the bulb. After he completed the installation, he decided to not return the grill and light to original condition. he rolled up a shop towel and put it between the battery and head light to eliminate any rattling. I drove across the street to inspect the work. returned to the shop and requested that he put the screws back in the grill and head light. did not appreciate him trying to not complete the job. very unprofessional.

I have used Big O for many years and have found them trustworthy and very reasonable in cost for repair and tires. The staff is great and because they are the best around you have to wait a bit for things to get done because they are through and good. Keep up the great work you do.

Arrived at 1:50 pm; front left tire losing pressure. Told if I waited, it could be over an hour. I said fine. At 5:20 pm vehicle was pulled into bay. At 5:39 pm it was back in the lot. Thanks staff, drive home and tire held pressure....except the next day I began to get excessive vibration. Took vehicle to car wash to make sure it wasn't out of balance due to packed snow. Same issue. Drove back to Big O. Confirmed. Bolts hadn't been torqued down and wheel was wobbling. Tech said it was a good thing I brought it in immediately. 3.5 hrs waiting to get a tire fixed in 15 minutes and then not installed properly because I suspect that the staff wanted to get home. This is a challenge for many businesses, but a few adages come to mind. Don't tell people what they want to hear, tell them the truth. Quality doesn't depend on the time of day. It takes a lifetime to build a reputation and a minute to destroy it. I'm not sure we can do business in the future. Ron

Received several services in two visits. 1st was a tire sensor replacement and an oil change. 2nd visit was new tires. Both times I received friendly service and everything was double checked by the manager with him going over everything with me. Very pleased customer.

Overcharged me. Charged more than the agreed price for oil change Said they would replace the front turn signal light. Did not do it. I originally thought that was why I was paying more. Said they would replace the license plate lights. After pulling the back door cover off, blamed Cadillac design. Said they could not do it. Did not put the door cover back on properly and the door close button is now inside the panel as they did not reinstate it when reinstalling the panel. This "10 minute" oil change is going to cost me time and money. If you are going to offer more services, you need to have qualified staff who knows what they are getting into and what they are doing.

I want to Thank Tom at the Mooresville Store for Not ripping my wife off. Because you guys were closed Sunday and she needed a flat repaired and had to go to Tires Plus. They told her that they couldn't Patch it. They were trying to sell her a tire that's all. I told her it was BS and told her to take it to Big O Tire in Mooresville. Id like to shake Toms hand for being honest and Just Doing the Right Thing! Thanks Tom you made our day sir!

I asked for a full service oil change & had a pinhole in a tire that needed patched. After more than an hour I had to ask for my car back as I had an appt, even though the invoice & keys had been available for some time. The hole had been patched & the oil & filter had been changed. No other service included in the "full service oil change" had been performed. There were no notations on the invoice. I was aware of a cv axle that had a little damage to it & it was located where the tire that needed patched was. They had to remove the wheel thus exposing the cv axle & yet there was no notation on the invoice?!?!? A Clearly visible safety hazard wasn't notated or mentioned to the customer? That's negligence. A subsequent call to the location resulted in me being told I have to ask for the other services to be performed. That I had to come in & address any other issues with the manager. I have to ask them to do what they advertise? I thought I had asked when I asked for "full service oil change". I shouldn't have to make a return trip to speak with a manager either. The call should have been transferred to the manager immediately after mention of the cv axle damage. I saw no need to more agressively push the issue at this point. I just wouldn't return. Why would I want service I've had to ask for Three times? If it wasn't done right the first or second times, i don't feel it would be done right a third especially when now there is tension.

The only issue i had was when i got in my truck after they had installed tires, the person driving my truck had turned my a/c on full blast. No reason for that at all for the 30 sec. drive.

I came in at 0830 on a weekday was told it would be 2 hours. I came back 2 hours and 20 minutes later and they had not touched my truck. I ask the person at the desk which was the person who sold me the tires and oil change if their was a problem and reminded him that he told me two hours. He stated I told you around 2 hours and would not look up from his keyboard. I ask him to give me my keys back so I could go somewhere else and he said why don't you come back for the tires and We can do the oil change today. I said no and he said we will do the oil change and tire change at the same time and you will have your truck back in 20 min. I said ok and 2 hours later They gave me my keys. $1400 I spent and received horrible customer service and poor attitude. To top it off he said I will give you a free alignment for your trouble. As I left I saw a sign on the door that said free alignment with purchase of 4 tires. Will never go th Big O again more because of the way the front desk employee's attitude then anything else. If he would have told me 4 hours I would have made arrangements to drop my truck off instead of spend half a day waiting.

I have been here several times for tire repair (I have a knack for finding nails and screws in the roadway) and they have always got my car fixed promptly. This most recent time, the screw was in the sidewall so the tire needed to be replaced. They gave me a list of options and the approximate price and time needed to shop around their other franchises if I wanted something that was not in stock. I made my choice and had the car back on the road within an hour.
