Hi, I have been a long time customer. My last oil change was done by Belle Tire due to the fact I was in a hurry. I will never go back to them. Thats another story. On 11/19/2019 I took my 2016 Corolla in for an oil change and tire rotation at your facility. I was told they were running a couple of hours behind on the rotation. I had my wife pick me up and left the car. I called around 3 and was told my car would be done in 45 minutes. I showed up at 4:10 my car was still not ready. I was told it would be a couple of more minutes. 45 minutes later they brought my car around. My ticket says 4:38 but I paid for it before my car was finished. I go outside and look at my front left tire which I always mark with tire chalk when getting a rotation. To my surprise my front left tire still had the tire chalk mark that I made which tells me it wasn't rotated. Went inside and got a hold of somebody behind the desk and informed him the situation. He went back into the shop and told me that someone started working on the car and had to do something else and someone else came along and started working on my car not knowing that the first person had already rotated the left side. So the second person came along and reversed what the first person had already accomplished therefore rotating my tires on the left side twice. Seems confusing doesn't it ? Now in the back of my mind I am wondering if the right side was ever rotated since I didn't mark the right with chalk. Your company has always been top notch. I have been a long time customer. I don't mind waiting for my turn in line for a 15 minute tire rotation. Knocking on the door of 4 hours for a oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. Your company sent two mechanics out in a heavy mist outside to fix the problem. I stood there and just watched as they completed the task at hand. Your company is overwhelmed by the volume of business that your are doing which is a good thing for you but not for the customer. 3.5 hours of waiting for a rotation and then it is not even done is not good. If I had a choice I would get a refund and NEVER come back. This winter I came in because I had a low tire. Turns out 3 of my factory wheels were cracked (thanks Indiana). So I got all new tires and wheels. Long story short: I have been in to the store 10 times 8 of which were to solve the vibration from imbalanced tires/wheels. One visit the tech just deflated my tires so that I wouldn't feel the imbalance. After my last (10th and final) visit I was told that "yeah the vibration is really bad and we don't know what to do, you should probably find a set of factory wheels". This is problematic for various reasons. 1) The store kept my factory wheels and lug nuts. Then they tell me I have to go buy factory lug nuts if I manage to find a set of wheels. Also, I could have scrapped or repaired the damaged wheels but the store kept them. 2) No one helped with the specs of my current wheels and now I have a set of factory rims that won't fit. 3) The service rep said we can order some wheels but I don't know when they will be in. I am so beyond unhappy with my entire experience at Big O'. I'm unhappy with the ugly wheels you gave me. I'm unhappy with ridiculous amount of time I have spent driving to and from your store. I'm unhappy because of all the favors I have had to ask to get rides to and from the store. I am unhappy with the crappy service. I am unhappy that my car still drives like crap, but because I can't count on you to give me a refund, I can't go to another company. The amount of money this has cost me in time, cost of services, cost of the tires and wheels, and time without my car is in the multiple thousands of dollars now. I don't even want to come in to the store because I'm so unhappy with my experience I'll end up yelling at a poor service rep who doesn't deserve it. I actively talk all of my friends, family, and anyone who will listen to never visit your store. I want a refund and I never want to see this store again!

I have been to the Mooresville store twice over the same issue. I have a vibration that becomes very noticeable between 60 and 70 mph. It is so bad when I look in my rear view mirror cars look like they have dual head lights. At speeds above 75 mph it improves. After I recently brought it back I was told my tires were still out of balance and that after test driving the vibration had improved 95%. I drive to Big O from Martinsville because I know a couple of the staff on a personal level. I would expect them knowing me that when I make a specific request someone would make certain I am receiving the best service you have to offer.

I brought my car in at 10am and they said it was a 3 hour wait before they could get me serviced which was fine but it came around 230pm and I called and the employees said my car would be ready in 30 to 40 minutes and they would call me and an hour goes by they've yet to call so I call to check the status and they just pulled my car in the shop to work on it. I waiting almost 5 1/2 hours to get a tire patched up. That's a little ridiculous.

If you are female they treat you like you don't know what you are talking about. I also don't believe my brakes were fixed and I never rectangles call about my dashboard warning lights that they said they would.
