Good service EXCEPT. Karen asked them to replace left rear tail light. They said it didn't need it. But it DID. only half of bulbs were working.....and they were flickering. It was close to closing time and I don't think they wanted to do it I don't appreciate it as a long time customer. We're going after work tonight to have them install new tail lights. Ugh.... Bummer

The rotation was done right but the front tires are really out of balance. So I will run like this for a while and see if it settles down. If not I will come back for a rebalance. Thanks

I broke a belt on one of my Goodyear eagle ls tires, so I just dropped off the rim to have a new tire put on the rim.The final price was over $200 dollars. After telling him the price was more than we had talked about before, he did a price check at another tire store. The final price was $147 dollars after taxes. Over $50 dollars difference is a lot for one tire. This has happened more than once at this store.

Told counter guy to put GM dexos oil only in 2012 Chevy Captiva. Paper work shows they put in Valvoline high mileage oil. GM put out bulletin not to use that in 2.4 engines

The employees at the Mooresville Big'O Tires are always very friendly and courteous! Even though this store is quite busy most of the time, they welcome my business and are very efficient in completing the work on my vehicle. Thank you!!

Got there when they opened, was told I was third in line, and was I just getting a tire rotation. 2hrs later after 4 other people got there after me and left, my tires were finally rotated.

Dave, My family followed Tom over from Goodyear and for good reason. He always makes sure we are taken care of well. Both Tom and Jeremy do a great job and frankly I do not even think twice about paying for the car repairs that I need because I know I am being treated fairly. That is priceless to me as I have six kids and more cars than that. Send Tom on a fishing trip!

Made an appointment, arrived early and waited an hour and a half for them to finish. And when I went over to ask, noticed that my car was sitting ready to go...how long it sat there before I came around from the waiting area and saw it I will never know. Seemed put off that I was upset about the wait. Then charged me 75 bucks. Not impressed. Won't go back.

We were customers of Tom at Goodyear forever. We just moved to Big O when he moved. We can always rely on his expertise and honesty - He has been a big help to us keeping our seven vehicles on the road all these years. Will continue with you guys. Thank you. Send Tom to the Carribean for his next vacation. He deserves it.

I called ahead and took the appointment offered to me, Saturday 8m. I was on time. I sat 2 1/2 hours and my car never made it to the shop.i got a call and had to leave. I got the brakes done elsewhere. Why make an appointment if it won't be honored? If I was a walk-in, I would have understood. Belle Tire is almost in my backyard, not 5 miles away. Please keep that in mind when scheduling APPOINTMENTS. I have been pleased in the past. Now I will have second thought. Thank you.

I had the transmission flush and fill. After the service my transmission lines are leaking fluid on my garage floor! I took my vehicle back 2 times to get problem repaired and the lines are still leaking!!!

Another perfect experience! This time had all 4 ball joints changed! They found a bad drive shaft and gave me a heads up. Even saved me money by changing it while they were in there. Vehicle was completed as promised and on budget! Love the warranty! Will be back for sure!!!

I went and got an alignment and had to wait forever for it to be done only to go and get new tires 2 days later and be told my alignment was off so I call and told them I wanted my money back since it couldn't be done right the first time she did refund me but I won't be back since an alignment can't even be done right the first time

While I do appreciate the work done, an oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours. The tire section is clean and neat while the oil change section is dirty and the floors are greasy. The person who I spoke with at the desk, I believe, had chewing tobacco in his mouth while we were discussing my vehicle. I was told I should soon replace a battery that is not yet two years old and asked to purchase an air filter and have it inserted for another $20.00. The entire time I felt like someone was trying to get more services than needed so that my bill could be increased.I over heard a sales person in the tire section gloating about a sale that she had just made and was looking forward to another person "making her day." I paid $47 with a $10 coupon and I feel like that is too much. Thank you for asking for my feedback. I would be happy to discuss this further with your management.

Though I have "some"� car knowledge, I decided to take advantage of Big O Tires, Used Car Inspection, prior to making an offer and ultimately, purchasing, my new, "slightly used"� car. Doing so, I was able to offset the cost of needed repairs in the selling price, which covered the estimated repairs, for now. Remember, there's always a reason why someone trades in a perfectly good, used car and just as God's Creations break down, so will your new, slightly "used,"� probably never abused, man made car.

Was told over phone that store did not do appointments. Told it would take 1 hour if I got car in first thing in the morning. Arrived at store open and told 1-1/2 hour wait. Still ok with that. Took 3-1/2 hours to get tires put on. I wish I would have been given accurate time estimate so I could have dropped car off and came back. Also no updates while I was waiting that it was going to take longer than I was told. Price was great and the tires are fine but I'm pretty upset about the long wait time vs what I was told.

A month or so ago I had to have alot of front end work done to my 2008 Ford F-150. I took it to a few places and it was going to be very expensive!! I took it to Big O Tire in Mooresville and they had it for a few days BUT when I got it back it now runs like a brand new truck!! I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Shane and everyone I delt with. All of them had the knowledge and the skill to fix my truck. I am very satisfied with my dealings with all the team at Big O Tire!!
