I went in for an oil change, and specifically asked if they would top off my fluids because I was completely out of windshield wiper fluid. While I was out to lunch with a friend, I got a phone call from them trying to sell me more services. One of which was a fuel injection cleaning which was on special at the time. I had just had much of my fuel injection system replaced at the shop a few months before, and knew for a fact that my fuel injection system did not need a cleaning, but did not mention this. So I feel that they try to sell things to make money which may not necessarily be needed. When I picked up my car, I found several days later that my windshield wiper fluid was still empty! Not very happy about that. I will not be going back, as I can get an oil change at many different places, and I believe I can get better service and what I'm promised at a different place.

Normally I'm very happy with big O. However, this time I was surprised to see that I was kept waiting well after when my car was ready. I finally got out and checked the lot myself to find my car. Was given no reason why I was asked to continue to wait after the car was done. This is the second time that has happened. Completely unacceptable

When I arrived there were repairs happening to the building. I sat waiting for someone to come to my car for 10-15 mins, but no one came out. Eventually I walked in but greeting was not friendly- just oh have you been helped?

I am a loyal big o tire customer, i even deal with the long wait times because I have been so happy with the way I was treated. I was there on Friday for oil change, I have a slow leak in my tire and it was very low when I brought it in. I pointed it out when I was greeted . He said he could bring it over and get it fixed, but it was Friday, busy, and I didn't have time, I said just please air it up. On my way home I noticed my washer fluid light was coming on I thought that should have been filled then I noticed the next morning my tire was still almost flat my husband aired it up for me . I looked at my receipt and it says check tire pressure and it even had tire pressure numbers obviously it was not checked and the numbers were made up. This is the only bad experience I have ever had and I will keep coming but I hope this was a one time thing

I asked for my keys to be locked in my car as I had plans and could not wait for my car to finish and the office would be closed before I returned. My keys were not left in the car and it was Saturday, so when I showed up to pick up my car (the spare key I have only unlocks the doors but won't start the car) I was unable to take my car and was not able to come Sunday due to closed all day so I had to cancel all my weekend plans AND have someone drop me off Monday morning during store hours which made me late to work....

I had a flat fixed and ask for new ties to be rotated. This is the only place I go. I'm a retired Master Chief and I brag in you guys but this ti.e I'm upset. I don't believe tires were rotated and it has caused damage to tires it pounds now going over 40 mph. My toes are screwed and they are not a year old. I am expecting you to honor your commitment . This time around, I was actually quite upset. I needed an oil change and tires rotated plus asked to have checked a squeak I was hearing off and on and to check why the check engine light was on. Since it always takes a long time on the tire rotation side, I thought I'd get that part done first. I was informed it is always best to start on the oil changing side which is what I have always done but this time switching might work best. There were several cars in line on the oil changing side so I know there would be a wait plus I was informed it'd take about a couple hours. I said ok, I'm used to waiting since they are always busy so no problem. Well after 2 hours of waiting I thought I'd check on the progress of my car. My car had not even made it into get the oil changed! Now I do know that not all goes that go into the oil changing area, just get oil changes. I know they could be in there for other things as well since my car has had other things done besides changing the oil. But I find it hard to believe that is what happened to every car in line. When it came to the squeak I was hearing off and on, on the driver's side rear but was informed that it was from a cart I had in the back of my car! Now I'm not a mechanic but I know the difference between a car squeak and a cart rattling. I also had just put the cart in my car that morning and heard the squeak prior to putting the cart in my car. Actually I could still hear the squeak over the cart rattling after I left Big O. I was not told anything about why the check engine light was on either, so I still have no clue why it is on. Also, my understanding is when the oil is getting changed, everything is checked such as lights. brake lights, turn signal lights working, filters needing changed, etc., well I have found that isn't true. I know this due to the fact, prior oil change before this one, my son-in-law is who changed the oil. He asked me when was the last time my air filter was changed, after thinking about it, I realized it hadn't been changed forever if ever. I took that air filter with me, there was no way any air could get through due to being beyond filthy. I took it in the oil changing area and showed it to the manager who I've not seen before, he had a non-caring attitude and said he has no clue. I don't know if he is the new manager on the oil changing side but would think if he is a manager that he would care to know when things aren't getting done whether he was there or not previously. I have always recommended Big O to everyone I know due to the excellent and caring customer service from the counter and the feeling my car was in good hands with the mechanics working there. Shane has always taken care of me but Shane was not there this time which was a huge surprise since I always see him and just figured maybe he took a much deserved vacation. I hope this was just a one time thing and if the manager on the oil changing side is new, hopefully develops a caring attitude for his customers. I know there are many customers just like me who keep coming back due to the quality of care and service. The scores are low because of this trip.

Was disappointed with the time it took for a "10 minute oil change" and a tire rotation. I was first in line for oil change 45 minutes before you opened and it took over 2 hours and 45 minutes just for that "10 minute oil change" and tire rotation. I realize it was a Saturday and very busy, but no way it should take even half that long.

Could have been better....: I used them a week ago to replace a damaged tire. I checked the website the night before for the tire I wanted, and it said in stock. But when I arrived the next day, I was told it was not in stock and ended up having to buy a tire that was $25 more. As a single mom of three, that unexpected price hike breaks my bank! I was then told that they would rotate the other tires for me since I couldn't afford an alignment, but that didn't get done. Just disappointed.

I'm not very satisfied I've had one bad experience and now another after spending almost $6,500 since November of 2017. I would expect to be taken care of more promptly and efficiently in the work done correctly the first time instead of second or third time so after I get this last situation taken care of I will not be returning as a customer

We have used this Big O Tire store for tire and service since They opened in Mooresville.
