Here we go again, I take my car back in because the oil is still leaking. And again it was supposed to be looked at first thing this morning at 8:45 they still hadn't looked at it. Then I got a call from Ryan at 9:25 telling me that there was oil everywhere they had to clean it up and run it to see if they could pinpoint where the leak was coming from. This makes no sense to me because the first time I brought it in and got a $200 fix it was because an oil switched needed fixed and that is what was causing all the oil. Granted I should have waited for Shane to be working but I figured after the last incident I wouldn't have any more issues. I've been proven wrong. When going in yesterday there were six guys standing at the counter just looking at you again like a deer in headlights. No hi can I help you know welcome to Big O Tire. Again communication and customer service need to be retrained to your employees. I'm really hoping they come back with something simple because they just had my car in there two weeks ago for the same issue. I will keep you updated.

I always get great service when I go to BIG O tires. The techs and staff are always helpful and know what actions to take about the service for my vehicle.

I dropped my car off at 8am on a Saturday. 2 new tires and an alignment was all I needed. After calling ME to see what was needed, my car was still not done by closing. The alignment was not done. I felt the whole process to be very disorganized.

I used them last Saturday for an oil change and it was an excellent experience for me! Left my vehicle and came back later to a finished vehicle ready to go!

When i picked up my hummer h3 it was at the shop for 6 days. First they said it was leaking oil from the rear seals. Then the valve cover was cracked and they were supposed to next day air it and it came in 6 days later. Shane is a great guy and very helpfull but the excuses ran out. Nick said they would work on a discount on the bill for taking so long to fix it. Got the bill and it cost 690$ for the work. No discount no nothing. I think the owner came in when i picked up my h3 with a great tan and was telling some customers about his golf trip in Fort Myers Florida. Well it must be nice to be able to to do these things like that but not all of us can afford that. Well i thought here is 690$ for your golf trip next year boss. I havd done alot of business with Mooresville Big O Tire but it seems they forgot how to treat customers with respect. Looks like im going to find another place to take our cars to be fixed.

Dave, Oil change Chris continues to be a rock star. Take a little bit of that money and buy the boy lunch. Call me at 317-474-0134 for more praise.

My primary request was to check my brakes while rotating my tires (which had previously been purchased at your shop). I fully intended to have necessary service done to my brakes as I knew it was needed. After waiting for about an hour, I was called to the desk and handed my keys and told the front brakes needed replaced. I said ok, let's do it. I was very disappointed to be told they could not be done at that time and I'd have to wait for a phone call at an unknown future date to bring my vehicle back for the service. I had specifically shown up at the 7:30 opening that day (a 30 minute drive for me) and rearranged my schedule to be able to stay until it was done. (I was told on my previous phone inquiry that service was not possible by appointment, first come, first serve only.) I've been a customer for several years. I'm not sure I'll return. The shop is clearly overwhelmed with business and I was treated at check in and check out with ambivalence. This is a tremendous change from my past experiences with your facility.

I think that Big O tire store in Morrisville In. is the best place by far to go get tires or anything thing you would need for your vehicle . HANDS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was disappointed that I had 4 lug nuts replaced because they were " rusted" and very difficult to remove. I had my tires rotated and aligned at BigO just 4 days before. So, they were tightened then. I was charged $8.00, so it wasn't a big deal.

They were supposed to order a part for my van. After a month I called them. It never got ordered. I took my van back for them to look at it again. They ordered a different part than originally need. It did eventually get it fixed but they didn't act like they really cared about my business.

Paid for the repair and left to pick it up later. It wouldn't start. Lose battery cable. The next morning I went to fix the battery connection to find the engine shroud was just laid on top of the engine. One of the back posts was broke off one of three plastic screws was still there but there was no back to secure that screw. No problem with the repair I sent it in for and normally the only problem I have is they are to busy to fit my schedule.

Had an oil change & tire rotation . They were busy so I had to wait 1-1/2 hrs for the oil change and then wait another 45 minutes for the tire rotation . They should be set up to do both at the same time or in the same bay . It would have knocked an hr off of my visit . Too much suggestive selling while being serviced . My car only had 53,000 miles on it and had the timing change recall fixed at 46,000 miles but I was told I need an engine clean cause oil was realy dirty ??? Only 4,000 miles on synthetic mobile ??? Since last oil change mostly highway miles . Leaves me skeptical on trust . I will still get the rotation and will probably still buy tires but nothing else . Everything was done correctly .

Dave Doyle or Shane Harris I came in last Tuesday 23 and Shane was covered up and he told me they would write me up at the remote counter. So I told the guy that I have never seen before that my brakes was not releasing all the way (sticking) I told him you could feel it when you stopped or backed up, told him I had checked the temperature of the hubs with a digital infrared thermometer each time I stopped and there was no variation in temperature around 135 degrees but all readings were the same so I was sure that it wasn't a caliber or hose hanging not releasing, I told him that when I went through the carwash they told me that my brake lights were coming on. That was on Tuesday 23, he said it would be couple hours, and said it would be better if I could leave it, Shane has given me rides home before but this wasn't that important of a matter and I told him I would bring it back and drop it off. I couldn't get a ride the next day so I dropped it off on the next day, Thursday the 25 at 12:06 pm. I thought they would call that evening but I heard nothing, the next day at 1:00 pm still nothing. I get my wife's car and go over there to see what's going on. it was parked where I had left it the day before. I asked for Shane and he told me that Shane was not working today and he would be in tomorrow. He tells me that there are 3 cars ahead of me. Well the 6 bays in the back 4 were empty no cars in them and he tells me I got 3 ahead of me. They run every ahead of me because I dropped it off, that can't be right just to check the brakes?? I went home and told my wife I was going to get my truck and put the brake booster or master cylinder myself. Went back and the truck was gone, he out test driving it, well you could test it just pulling in or out of a parking spot. So I sit there for 30 minutes and he finely came back and I went in and they told me they found the problem that the front brakes locked up. You could feel the heat from the wheels just walking by THEY TOTALLY DESTROYED THE FRONT END OF MY TRUCK he said you get up over 70 mph and the front end really shakes (70mph seriously). Then he starts in saying what it needs this and that because it has 164 thousand miles on it, now I am getting estimates on my odometer reading. He doesn't know what's been done to my truck. So happens that Stoops GMC did a complete brake overhaul when I bought it 2 years (less than 20,000) prior and Shane just put a set of Big O tires on 3 months prior to that. When they call and told me it would be $2,200 and we need to replace the vacuum booster because that what caused the problem (DUH) The book says to replace the master cylinder to when you replace the booster. This is the end of my story. MAX
