Big O Tires

Very disappointed by the service from the new staff member - the woman. Not because of her gender, but because she couldn't remember any part of what I explained to her. She only listened when she asked her order off a check list. It was a simple tube for a lawn tire. Had to repeat every step of the way. Not normal for this location. Hopefully she improves with time and training.

Superior Service: Needed four tires, they made a recommendation and man am I happy. Car rides like a dream, thinkin bout entering it in the next NASCAR event. Thanks!!!

Even if you get to this store 15 minutes before they open you are guaranteed not to be first in line. What happened to just an oil change shop not service center overflow or they get first priority.

I was the second customer in at 7:30. I simply wanted 2 new tires. They were to move the front tires to the rear and mount the new tires on the front of the front drive car. I was told the car was ready and it was parked out front. I paid and went to the car. I tried to back out of the parking space and the wheel locked up. I had to force the car to move and it would grind to a stop! I pulled it forward forcing movement and parked it. I went inside and explained what was happening! They drove it by me while I was standing there and it was grinding loudly! The rim they put on the front had a bump on the inside of the rim rubbing against the caliper. If the guy who mounted the tires would have rotated the tire or inspected the rim he would have found the problem. But worst of all whoever moved the car HAD to feel and hear the problem! They moved the tires and rims back to where they were originally to fix the problem. It took almost 3 hours. When they brought me the keys I mentioned to the lady they were getting a major disservice by whoever moved the car and said NOTHING to ANYBODY!

SHOWED UP WITH A FLAT ON MY CAR AND THEY FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. I WILL BE COMING BACK FOR MORE WORK AS THEY WERE FRIENDLY KIND AND CLEAN.

Took 2 3/4 hours to get a tire mounted. A little long.

I arrived at opening of store at had to wait 2.5 hours for a tire rotation and oil change.

Cole did a phenomenal job. Very polite and explained things in a way that made a lot of sense. He also didn't push the most expensive tires in me.

I brought my tire in to have a nail remove and get a patch and my tire is still leaking air.

Everyone is nice and helpful. Everyone is very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. I trust Big O Tires and their employees with my vehicles and no one else!
