Was originally quoted it would take about 2 hours to have a tire rotation and balance. That was at 12:57 on a Friday afternoon. I didn't get my vehicle until 4:57. When I asked about the cause of the delay I was told "things have been a little hectic today" and was apologized to. Really?!? 4 hours for a tire rotation and balance?? I've been coming to Big O for years and I hate to say I may need to start reevaluating where I take my vehicles for service.

took my s-10 for ac repair after 3 visits still no ac so i give up. oil changes are alright but probably wont let tire o do any repairs no more.

Normally my tires are checked and aired up. So I checked and no one aired them up. I spoke to a man who seemed to be the manager and he found out the guy working on my car didn't do anything about the fact that all 4 tires were at a different pressure. He made sure they checked again and aired them up. Then a different guy came and said you have to drive to see the pressure go up on the screen in the vehicle, this is inaccurate as I use the screen to know when to stop airing the tire up. Anyways, vacuuming and washing front and back windows are supposed to be included. None of that was done. I'll be finding a new provider to get my oil changed for an actually decent price. I paid nearly $80 for a bad experience- which I've been using this location for a long time.

had my car in twice in last month for shaking when going 50 miles,they fixed one tire the first time, still was shaking they said second time problem was solved, even said it was driven and no problems. still shaking, not as bad. they did not charge which was nice, but still not fixed...the employees were extremely nice and tried to be helpful..

Brought silverado 3500 in to have several repairs done. A long pretrip roadworthyness inspecton...told me needed tires rotated, done job. Hubcaps put on...during 1,000 mile i trip i could hear a noise at low speed. Upon return home, immediately brought truck for noise inspection. Found wheelnut off stud still in hubcap!! Geez, i'd been moutain driving while a hauling RV! Unsafe! While fixing this problem, mechanic "noticed" all 4 shocks were leaking, shouldn't this have been "noticed" upon my pretrip inspection? They don't ALL 4 start leaking at once!! I had Big o replace shocks. One item was to have passenger door panel tightened again. Serviceman misread ticket & tore apart drivers door panel..wrong damn panel. He Glued it back together & got glue everywhere. He then Picked off dried glue removing panel finish. I Found ugliness when i picked up vehicle & disappointed, i left it there for panel problem to be resolved. Panel not made anymore by Gm & none supposedly at junk yard either. Big o had a touch up guys to color match damaged panel spots. Very dissappointed with recent services. This is one of recent dissappointments. Ya'll have expanded, & seeminly have gotten too big for providing quality service. Service guys are good, Service QUALITY, HAS GONE BAD. After 20 years, I'M LOOKING FOR OTHER QUALITY SERVICE SHOPs.

Had the oil changed in my BMW as I have had many times before. Four days later I noticed oil smell and smoke coming from under hood. Upon opening hood I noticed motor oil sprayed all over. Upon closer inspection I noticed the O ring cap seal on the filter cap was protruding from the housing causing it not to seal. I was able to unscrew the cap and screw it back down getting the O ring in its proper place and refilled with two quarts to replace what had sprayed out. I took the car to car wash and sprayed out engine compartment car has been fine since. I usually get good service here but not this time.

I had a flat tire on June 4 close to the Camby Tire Barn. They said it would cost $20 to repair. I received a call two hours later saying the the tire was not repairable, but they could get a replacement for $250. I picked up the tire and took it to Mooresville Big O and they repaired the tire with no charge. I have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with the Mooresville Big O, and will not make the mistake of going to another tire place in the future. Tom Bennett

I wouldn't know about expertise because the customer service was horrible! I got an oil change and wanted to get my tires rotated but I was told there was an hour and a half wait for that. Another customer came in after me to get tire work and they took them right in. I guess since mine was supposed to be included and they were paying that made a difference.

I have had several interactions with Big O tires and in summary they are just very nice guys. I have gotten oil changes, new tires and a tire repair. I was particularly impressed with the tire repair/replacement. I had a non repairable tire. They ordered a new tire that was a match and had it shaved down to match the tread on the other tires so that I didn't need to order a full new set.

The price for a used tire was great. But the wait time was ridiculous. My husband as told 45 mins to 1 hour. He waited in there for 3 hours just to get a used tire put on. We get that things happen when working on a car but no one came out to even talk to him. He had to go up twice and ask why it was taking so long.

We have an older vehicle that needed help with the air conditioning system and Shane was understanding that we did not want to put in a lot of money. They were able to fix our system while keeping the price reasonable.

My daughter went to get just an oil change. She is new to this and her first time going without me. What was supposed to be just an oil change she got new tires plus other expenses she did not need at that time. She had minimal $ on her credit card. Instead she talked into $900. Maxed out her credit card and then had to use her dank card. She came home crying. The man should've have seen she was new to this and should've explained how much everything would cost. She could have waited a few more months on her tires. Break up the expense for young people that do not have alot of $ to spend all at once. I was not happy they took advantage of her. I will not go back. The men should be more helpful in explaining slowly of what the customer is expecting and how they can break up the expenses in 2 or 3 visit to help the person budget their money better. Especially people on a budget!

I was having trouble with tire balance and took my car to Big O in Moorseville IN. They have a road force balance machine and did an excellent job of balancing the tires. Kudos to the staff there.

The young man running the counter, checking folks in and out, was very unprofessional. Referring to customers as bud, buddy, boss, and other things. Not once saying in a friendly, professional manner how may I help you? Thank you for your business, etc. Customer service is not that hard. Manners.

Iam so pleased with the service I had on saturday ,Nick was so helpful and kind after I explained my issues with my 2 front tires ,he took charge and made it right!!! Thank you so much! Shane is a excellent manager ,he was quick to get all my info ,about how my tries were leaking air ,said he would take care of it. he wasn't there this saturday,but NIck was excellent, I am so Thankful ...Thank you Mooresville Big o tires guy's!!!!! I'll be back .......
