The staff at the Mooresville store go out of their way to earn your business. Just had a new set of tires added to the family van...great price and relatively quick. I appreciate that they brought some potential repair/service matters to my attention without pressuring me to have the work done immediately. Instead, they let me know how soon I should have the repair and services done...was nice since I had just spent $ on a set of tires.

I have never had better service in my life. My tires are rotated my oil is changed my service was fast. I also would like to say that the owner of the store is a sexy beast.

You never get all the hub caps on all the way. I have to finish installing at least 1 each time I bring the car into your shop.

I have all the confidence in the world that my vehicle is going to fixed correctly the first time and there is never unneeded repairs made. The staff is amazing. I've known both Shane and Ryan for almost 2 decades. Would never take my car anywhere else. They always ask how my family is doing, which is awesome because I know they are both so busy! Thank you for always being honest with me and keeping my car safe for my grandbabies!

Did not have opportunity to check write up. Did not do what I went in there for a slow leak. Looked at the bill when I got home and noticed the mistake.

Shane is always the best to work with.My wife came in with an issue with her front tire and he explained the issue to her and personally checked the tire out himself.He gave us multiple options and we left feeling like we got great service and a good deal on the front two tires we replaced.

I have been going to Big O in Mooresville for about 20 years. I've always received honest and excellent service. I am greeted by most of the employees by my first name, which is so welcoming. I can't imagine ever taking my vehicles anywhere else for service. Great group of employees!

They got the job done. I paid for tire disposal and tire was left in trunk. Had to make a special trip back. They apologized and took back the tire. All is good.

I was experiencing some serious mechanical issues with my car. From past experiences with Service Manager Tom Duh, I knew they would be properly addressed at a reasonable price. He researched my issues and resolved them (they were definitely NOT routine), ensuring I will enjoy many more miles of safe driving with my current vehicle.

They spilled oil all over my engine, tried to wipe it up. Rotated my tires after I specified balance only.

Got an alignment last week. Service was quick! Even got a tire rotation included. I have used these guys for years and have always gotten good deals from them for all my service needs. Not just tires but also mechanical work!

I asked for the front tires to be checked because of the vibration and felt weights were missing from the tire or tires. Just had surgery on my hand and asked how long it would take to get done and the person told me 20 minutes, so I brought the car in. I was there for over 2 hours and two different times had seen no vehicles in the bays being worked on in two bays then later 5 bays empty while still waiting for the car to be taken in. As I am waiting the numbness is wearing off and needed to get home to take the pain med. The person should have been up front with me and tell me that there would be a long wait before getting the car in then 20 minutes to work on it. I would have waited till another day. Shane Harris was not working that day but he always tells me wait time along with how long to fix the issue. I am not happy with the service I got that day. Apologies for my typing still healing from surgery. Thank you.

Been going to Big O Tire for about 12 years in Mooresville. The guys there are great especially Shane. If I had my own business I would hire Shane to run the place. He is a big reason why I still go there for my repairs. Shane should really be recognized and I know I'm not the only customer that thinks this way. Keep up the great service guys.

After taking my car for oil change and then requested my tires get rotated and then also look at one tire that kept losing air, I was then back a 2nd time after they found a screw and patched it , that they didn't seal it properly. Then, coming back a third time as the loss of air still continued, you redid all that was already done, re patch, re seal and changing the plug. The next step I was told was to look at my rim if this didn't fix it . Then the next day, my tire went from 35 to 15, after driving it to church. Monday , my husband took off the tire and I carpooled to work. I didn't want to drive on my spare when snow was expected. My husband spent time trying to find a rim and then decided to call a competitor in town. They looked at the tire and found that the patch was leaking I would expect that after a job is done , especially since it was my 3rd trip in, you would have checked the patch after fixing it again. Sad that you didn't care enough about my time or the work you did to take it another step.
