My car wasn't vacuumed out, tire pressure wasn't checked and they failed to call me when my car was done.

To all, All team members are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Each time I have stopped in for something, I have been listened to, and treated with respect. Thank your team leaders for training their staff well. Mr. DoyIe, I do have one item to go over that could use your attention. My name is Timmy Brennan, I was looking into tires and brake work at the end of December 2018. My Father-In-Law recommended I come to your location and speak to Tom and Shane. High praises from Mr. Mayo, and also the Andersons, which are family friends, from Anderson Orchard. Both have brought you numerous family and friends business. So I followed that recommendation. After starting this process in December 2018, it is now June 2019 and I am still returning for either warranty work, or balancing and alignment work. This has been an on going issue. The team has done a good job on things but sometimes it needs to be better. I should not be returning once every week or two for either of these issues. Unfortunately I have lost time, work hours, and money at this point. Now I have passed the patience threshold, am beyond irritated, and am at the frustrated period. 6 months after all this work: 1) New tires, 2) new brakes, calipers, rotors, drums, brake hoses, master cylinder, 3)struts, shocks, sway bars, bushing kits, F. stabilizer bar, 4) Changed out tires from one brand to another. After all this and returning again, and again, and again the vehicle is still not 100% With all the recommendations from Shane and Tom I followed, and was told the Town and Country would ride smooth again like it was brand new is still not the case. More needs to be done to locate why it comes out of balance and cannot hold a alignment. At this point I have spent a lot of my own money, and still have not been returned a van that is 100%. Based on my experience I am not recommending your company to anyone. I would appreciate a dialog with you. I waited 4 hours to get a simple alignment and when I FINALLY got the truck back the steering wheel was clocked to the right about 20 degrees and the truck pulls to the left hard... so I really got screwed with no vaseline.. and I had to pay for the so called alignment

I didn't appreciate the way the guy that worked on my truck flew through the parking lot when he took it in to work on it and I asked about a set of aftermarket wheels for my truck and the guy said I will check and that's as far as it went other than that I was happy with the way my truck drove after it was aligned

There didn't seem to be a way for the staff to notify me that my car was ready. If I hadn't asked, I would probably still be sitting in the waiting room, along with many others.

I hit a pot hole on my way to work and it destroyed my tire. I spoke with Amy on the phone, explaining my situation, and she was very helpful and professional. I was stressed and probably not making much sense, but she asked me questions to decide what my need was, tried to help me figure out what I needed even though I didn't have all of the information, and walked me through getting the tire replacement that solved my problem. When I arrived at the store, she greeted me and explained that they would help me as quickly as possible. I appreciate Amy's customer service skills.

Came into the store with an allignment issue. After looking over the truck, the tech fixed only what was needed in order to save ME money while letting me know what could be an issue in a year or longer. Took the truck in the following week thinking the brakes were bad. Instead of changing the brakes, called me to tell me the brakes were good, it was just how the previous person put them on that caused a squealing noise every once in a while. Did not charge me for anything, even though I took up some of their tech's time. Never been to a place that does only the work required without trying to fix every small issue. Overall, they fixed my allignment issue for way cheaper than I thought it would be!

Service was fine, but there was grease left inside my car and on door handle. I was very unhappy about this.

I was very pleased with my last trip. My car would not accelerate and I almost did not make it to the store. The gentleman that helped me was great. They thought that they would not be able to get my car done until the next day but they were able to get my car done that same afternoon. I was very grateful and happy. I was also happy that the gentleman that waited on me LISTENED to my concerns. I told him that I thought it was the belt. He asked for all the problems that I had and wrote them all down. Thanks for your help.

Shan is a great Manager at that store. I been going to that store for years. Only because of the people everyone is very nice and they don't makeup things that is wrong with your car.
