Broke a lug stud during a rotation process.I was made aware of what had happened.Only little over a hour delay to get the lug bolt and reinstall.I'm retired, so the delay didn't affect me.No charge to me for the stud.

With 5 vehicles, we are regular customers. Nick greets us by first name and has often gone beyond what was expected on a number of jobs. Tom is also very responsive works hard to get our needs met efficiently.

Shane is perfect example of someone who understands customer service.He was able to take what was one of my worst experiences with them in the 10+ years in doing business with them into a positive one. Everyone makes mistakes but it's how you respond that makes a difference. He has earned my consumer loyalty.

I received 4 new tires and requested a brake check since my vehicle has 88, 000 miles and original brakes. Instead of saying yes you need new brakes I was told my brakes still have over half their life left. The honesty at the Big O in Mooresville is what really keeps me coming back.

We had issues with, they sold our used tires instead of putting the back on the trailer. Nick gave us the run around and lied about getting our tires back. But Shane took care of everything, like he always does. Shane is great at customer satisfaction.

Wow the boys in Mooresville did a great job last Saturday for me. We were leaving town last Saturday. Getting away for a few days for our 35th wedding anniversary pulling our camper. Blew a front tire on the Travel trailer in front of the hospital. Nick answer the phone when when I called I told him I was headed his Limping down the shoulder. He met me in the back parking lot got the size I needed. And his team had us back on the road in less than 45 minutes. Thank you thank you. I won't forget your extra effort to help!!

I have been going to the BIG O TIRES in Mooresville since 2008. The guys in there are fantastic. They always greet you with your first name. They help you out in any way possible. I will always go there for my services that need to be done on my vehicles. Shane, Nick and Spencer are superstars.

Normally I receive excellent service but I think the location was having an overall bad day and that is all I will say at this time. One bad day does not make it a bad place to go to. I will go back again.

I have been in and out quite frequently for the past few months. Shane and the guys have been great. Shane has been very helpful through this very difficult time for me. This has definitely been a process for all of us but the guys have been very understanding and so very helpful.

I've been a loyal customer for years and like coming here, but my last experience has shaken that a bit. I took my Impala in this past Saturday for them to check two tires for leaks and a oil change at 7:30 am and didn't get home until 1 pm. I left it there and my wife and I ran some errands . Came back around 11:30 am and it hadn't made it in the garage yet to check the tires. so I let her go on her way and waited a bit longer before it got brought in. I have no issues on what they discovered and made the appropriate repairs. Unfortunately, I had to run on my donut spare until yesterday morning. I arrived first thing to get my newly repaired rear wheel rim put back on and I was told I should consider getting the alignment done that I wanted on Saturday . I was told I'd be the next on the list . I said that was fine , but I really can't wait very long so if can make it quick no problem. After looking at my aligment I needed some parts replaced. Waited for parts, then 10:30 am roles around, was told wrong parts were delivered. Waited some more. Didn't leave shop until almost 12pm. Had to explain that one to my boss. Basically, I won't do that again. The shop should've said just come back when you have time or leave it. So, this morning on my way to work and spending $535.00 total for this whole trip. I get to work and check tire pressures because my car seemed to be riding hard, rough. One tire had 44 lbs, in it and other a shocking 74!! well no wonder. So, not a good experience this trip. I had a lot of time and money invested for minor repairs. I realize this is a busy shop , but more employee's maybe would help. I see these counter guys and my man Shane running their butts off to get the work done , but sometimes I feel like customers that are waiting get lost in the shuffle. Probably a good idea to get your tire pressure gauges calibrated. Like the shop and staff, but feel like the wait times on things needs to improve. Can't speak for anyone else , but my time is valuable and it's hard for me to get my car in during the week to weekends are my best option. If you take your car in I suggest dropping it off Friday night or you might as well write off your Saturday. I'd like to see some Sunday hours for oil changes or tire work. Sunday 7:30 am to 12pm. I won't stop coming in , but I have thought of trying other places.

Another great experience at Big O Mooresville. Shane went way over and above on tracking down some warranty options on tires and shocks. He didn't have to do that, but approached me with those options and it saved me a ton of money. Thanks You!!

I have been a customer of Big O for 10+ years and have always been satisfied with the work performed on my vehicles. However recently, I had cause for concern. After the repairs to my car (R & R rear rotors/calipers/hoses and front & rear sway bar links) were completed, on the way home I detected a knocking noise coming from the front left of the car which was not evident when I took the car in. I was not able to return with the car until two days later. The car was taken into the bay where it was discovered that the front sway bar link fastener had come loose. After waiting 45 minutes for the post-work repair, no one apologized for the lack of QC and jeopardy to my safety while driving with a loose fastener at highway speeds. I am concerned that the car was released from the shop as complete without a fully-tightened fastener.

I have used Big O Tires in Mooresville now for years. I have a good relationship with management, and they take care of our company. There are times that we have a employee drop off a trailer tire, and pick it back up. Then Shane will just call me for payment. This helps me a lot, as a small business owner, its hard to get in there at times to pay, so with the trust and relationship we have,, Shane will call me and I pay from time to time over the phone is greatly appreciated.

I enjoy working with the Mooresville team Shane, Chris and Tom. I wanted an oil change and tire rotation that morning. The oil change was timely. I arrived at 7:18 and left at 9:18. My next visit I will not do them the same day, either one or the other, or drop my car or Jeep off and pick up later. I was not sure about the point scale 1-5. The store was getting painted so 3 versus 4, if 5 is the best. I will return I was given a break on oil change price. Thanks for that.

I have always had good experiences with Big O Tire in Mooresville. I believe since it opened in town we have purchased all of our tires with the exception of one we bought at your Plainfield location. The staff has always been helpful and very informative.

My truck was in line for over an hour. That's OK, I came at a busy time, I understand that. But in that hour, no one found time to vacuum the interior or wash the windows. You guys are better than that. But, this is the second time it's happened to me.

I came in around 8:00 am on Saturday 3/10/18, for a rotate and balance and Tom said, it would be a couple of hours and I was out in 1 hour and a half. My day was off to a great start. Again, I thank you for a great job!
