I had a good experience with the staff very helpful and patient people however when I had the car towed back because the repairs I needed was too much they didnt even put the timing belt casing back on and I had to call to find out where they put the bolts for the cover I would say that is very irresponsible of the mechanic and pure laziness

Tom took care of my tire needs and met my time constraints as I was leaving town. The whole staff has always been great. I use Big-O for my oil changes and tire needs.

I was disappointed in the amount of time that I was at the store. I understand that they were busy but four and one half hours is a little long to wait . I had four tires and front end alignment.

I ask them to check my fro t tire because it had a nail in it I could see and feel. I also ask them to rotate my tires. When I came back to pick up car the pregnant lady said my rim was bent and there was not a nail. I ask did they rotate my tires and she said no. She did not offer to get it back in the bay and do the service I had requested. Poor customer service this lady offered. I was not pleased at all. Nick and Shane are great and my husband has been coming in there for 20 years but he only deals with Shane or Nick. I feel I should get a discount on my next service request as I live downtown Indianapolis and drove 20 miles to come to big o tire in mooresville.

I was quite surprised at the lengths several employees went, to make my purchase correct even when the mistake found was not on them. Excellent example of honesty and integrity. Thanks very much!

You need to start taking appointments for everything. I understand emergencies happen and you should allow walk-in's for that but not everyone has the time to allow for stopping by to see if there is an opening or having to wait all day to get their car back. Your service is great but this one thing, if it doesn't change,will keep me from buying tires from you in the future. Please look at changing this policy! Thanks

I had the pleasure of having a tire repaired at the Mooresville Ind. location,the staff was very professional and answered all my questions without hesitation. I will Definitely use this location again!

I left my car at the Mooresville Big O for an oil change and to have it checked out and get an estimate on any work that needed to be done. I was on vacation and able to leave the car for ten days. I approved $200 worth of work without notifying me by email. When I hadn't heard anything by the eighth day I emailed the store to see what was going on. They had closed my original order and had to re-open three days before I planned to pick up my car. I was told they would send an estimate. Instead of an estimate, I received an invoice for $381 of optional work had already been done. (2 belts that had not broken and rear brake pads that had not gotten to the audible warning stage). These are things that I would have said no to. My car is a 2008 Hyundai Elantra with 115,000 miles on it. I didn't plan on spending that much money on it without weighing the option of replacing the car. I was told I would need front brakes, suspension work, possible air conditioning work, and a timing belt in the near future. The total was more than I wanted to put into the car so I have since replaced it. Less than a month before trading my car in I spent $181 more than I would have authorized. I have been satisfied with their work in the past, but this bothers me enough to write a review. My ratings have to do with this particular visit.

I bounght some tires there last year and found a screw in the tread, they lived up to the road hazard warranty fast, without any complaint and let me be about my day.

I purchase 4 new high end heavy duty truck tires a few weeks ago, one was leaking, they did get me back to have it fixed, however I sat there for a full hour and 15 min. with hardly anyone else in the waiting room BEFORE they even started on mine, then it took another 15 min or so. I get its 'first come first served', but it made it very difficult for me to be away from work for that long to get something fixed. I was frustrated, just being honest.

Both stores have perfect tire sales team members. We have purchased tire for our whole fleet this year. No complaints. However, I recently had my personal truck aligned at Mooresville during your buy two get two with alignment sale. When I stopped by to pick up my truck it was in the alignment shop. I pulled over on the drive behind the ramp area. I watched the tech hurrying around my truck and thought it to be a bit odd. He through his alignment tools on the floor and jumped in my truck. Down the ram he come with out looking and driving my truck crazy. Had I not jumped on my horn, there is no doubt he would have crashed our car with my truck. I backed up and he backed out and again driving my truck like a crazy man sped over to a parking spot. I went in and told our dales guys what happened and I told him I didn't want that man in any of our vehicles. Now this week I keep hearing a noise like a bad shock. I took my truck to our local mechanic who had recently did a brake job. I told him about the tires and alignment. He inspected the truck and found the drivers side ball joint bad. He said how could they align it with ball joint issues. He said he hears these stories way to often and that's why he uses a small local alignment company. A bit slower, but no issues. I can't say who is right or wrong. However, I have never had any issues with tires or lube at either facility, but in good faith I will not bring any vehicles in for alignment. Both of your stores are top notch, but you need a little guidance in the alignment area. I hate to complain, but I thought you should no.

Nice staff, once your all signed in, they seem to forget about you. It took 4 hours to get, tires alignment and a oil change. After 3 hours, nobody checked with me or anyone else from what I could see. The work was great. I'll go back for a brake job soon. I'll just need to take another day off work since they're "busy".

I have been going to Big O Tires in Mooresville for over 15 years. I have always had excellent service and am greeted by name when I enter the store. Very impressive staff!

ABS light on & brake light, said would get back to me and never did. washed engine and problem went away.

I've spent a lot of money with Big O over the years and it seems I was treated like an annoyance. I was in their way or bothering them. I had to wait on my tires , alignment and oil change because its my only vehicle. I'm sorry I was in your way.
