I was not greeted in any way. I saw my car moved from where I had parked it a good 30+ minutes before I went to the desk to check on my cars progress and found out that it was done. I had been waiting all that time and no one told me that my car was ready. No time to come back, no paperwork, no sticker in the window. I will go to Bedford for further tire maintenance. I'm sorry

It was ok I had to keep asking about my car, no one came to me , they didn't offer your special offers that were listed on line I had to ask, I thought I had a lifetime warranty but found out after I paid it was only 3 years

You did a fine job on the oil change. However, you recommended a belt change as you say my belt is worn. I had you change out my air conditioner conpressed about 2 months ago with a new belt. It has been chirping like a bird ever since. It has been taken to you on 2 occations to check and fix this problem. My husband was told it was fine. He can not hear the chirp as he has sever ringing in his ears. Your customer service has always been great and we bring all our vehicles and my Father's vehicles to you. I came in for an oil change and was given an estimate of $300 for suggested repairs (replace ball joint and pitman arm). I came in for those repairs one weekend and when I came to get my car I was told that I needed a ball joint and a pitman arm. Not surprising since that's was the reason I took it in to begin with. I took my car back in the following weekend to have the repairs done. It was never explained or communicated to me that there would be additional work required totaling over $300 in addition to the original estimate. They did work with me on price via coupons, etc. which was appreciated, BUT when additional work and cost is involved that should be communicated before the work is done.

Dealing with Shane and the mechanics at this location is always a good experience. I dont know how much you pay them but it can't be enough. They do a fantastic job.

A little confused as to why the Plainfield location, quoted me 20$ cheaper, but I was already here so I decided just to get it done. Was told it would be about an hour. Almost 2 hours later I finally was able to leave. Everyone seemed nice, and the store was clean but I am a little upset that I stayed and paid 20$ more, and probably ended up waiting twice as long too.

Well, I was there at 7:05. Myself and another gentleman were standing at the side door towards the oil changing building. When the man unlocked the doors he opened the other door first, of course there were women at that door, and they were waited on before we were. After working all night, I was getting a little tired, and it made me a little pissed!

As always service was great. Told up front that wait time would probably be about an hour. I was back in my car and out the door in 45 minutes! All done!!

Tom is excellent not sure but I believe he is a manager. However we went in on a Thursday and spoke with I believe his name is Steve was not a so called friendly person and was told to take our vehicle back on Monday. Well we thought maybe they was just very busy on Thursday so we got up early Friday and took it back , after not feeling safe driving it. Tom adviced us they could hook it up to the machine but could not get to it until Tuesday. Well that was okay and then as we went and sat down I seen Steve tell Tom I told him Monday. Well that made us upset that's very rude and then when it was tested an appointment was made for Wednesday. But yet the guy that came in after us got a Tuesday appointment so we feel it was because he told us Monday and we showed up on Friday, as we work evenings. Then when getting there Wednesday morning before they opened and gave our keys to Steve and he said they would get to it as soon possible. But at 12:30 we got a call asking if we was still taking our vehicle in and when I told them about it being there seemed as they they couldn't find our keys at first. We always go to them and are pleased but this time was a whole different experience and not happy at all . Just feel like because we went the next day instead of when he said then we got treated like crap because of Steve. We took it on Friday cause we was off that day and the anti lock brake system was really acting up the night before so figured it would be a good time to see if they wanted to drive it only that day.

It took 3 hours to get an alignment and 4 tires. I was told I would get an alignment check and then I was told my front end was aligned. I was there before 8 AM. They open at 7:30.

Little disappointed: I specifically asked if my wiper fluid was filled and was told "Yes" got in my car the next day to use it and there wasn't a drop in it. I understand it was the end of the day but still need to do better about finishing the job. I have never before had bad service here and hope I never will again.

The Big O guys are great. I had another metal piece in my tire and they took care of it; they are fasts, friendly and always professional. Don't forget plugging a tire is free.

I came in for an oil change and a brake inspection. When they called to tell me my car was ready I asked them how the brakes were. They seemed surprised that I asked and had to look it up. When they did they said they were 10-15%. If they would have called me while the wheels were off I would have had them put brakes on. It's a pain to have to drop a car off for service.

My car is my baby - 16 years old, low mileage, great shape! The guys at Big O help me keep it that way, with their responsible, professional work! I would never go anywhere else.
