I bought tires after my oil issue was corrected. When I left I was disappointed to see dirty smudges all over my new tires and rims. I know I showed up late (after 5) and close is 6 but just don't think they should've accepted my car if they couldn't give me proper service at that time. Also very disappointing to hear employees discussing another employee that had been terminated.

Service was good, but when I got home I smelled oil and found that they left the oil fill cap off.

As a resident of Morgan Co. for the past 20 years and a owner of countless vehicles, both domestic and foreign, I have done business with, as many auto repair shops, as years of my residency. Some, are good unfortunately, most are not. Those whom I qualify as good, act as if they were doing me a favor. There is an exception, Big O Tires of Mooresville. Their versatility in both domestic and import, as well as, their broad range of auto repair knowledge, irregardless of my auto's age plus, competitive and fair pricing, has earned my business. Customer service is never a clue-say, with my service advisor, Shane. Stop by. Ask for Shane Harris and tell him, "Sam referred me." You won't be disappointed and you can finally stop looking for an honest, auto repair shop.

I love the Mooresville Big O Tires, although this visit was very, very upsetting for only one reason, which was not listed above at all. My wait. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 2 hours for my oil to be changed, I was sent over to the tire portion only to wait another 45 minutes for them to even get my car in, and then to be told I needed a new tire. No big deal, but they didn't even have the tire in stock, so I had to wait AGAIN for the tire to be delivered from Plainfield, then for them to get my car back in to put the new tire on. I was there for 4.5 hours which is completely ridiculous. The service and everyone is great there as I am a long time customer, but to not have their crap together and make a customer wait from 8:30am to 1:00pm is stupid. I had a child at home because it wasn't supposed to take that long. I was hoping for some kind of discount for waiting so very long, but they acted like it wasn't that big of a deal. As a Mother, time is everything to me, and wasting half of my Saturday there was unacceptable.

I had purchased some new tire for my car a few weeks back and Shane had offered a discounted oil change. I call Saturday and spoke with Amy and she stated Shane was off. I explained what Shane had told me, she said no problem. I arrived and spoke with Chris and Chris, very polite and stated no worries. No alignment was needed. I did state that I would bring my Jeep in to get the oil changed and tire rotated which I had purchased from Shane a year and a half ago. The price was very fair and I received great service and another great visit at the Mooresville location. Thanks, Todd

I was originally told that my car might be done of Friday (it was dropped off early on Thursday morning for brakes). I called on friday and they said that it would not be done but would try for Saturday, but they would call and let me know. No one called. I called Monday morning, and still no time to complete. I told them that I was going to come pick it up and take it somewhere else if it wouldn't be done that day. (It was done by lunch time). I understand that they were busy, but they really need to give realistic times of completion. And make follow-up calls when they say they will. I will most likely not go back except for tire rotations because I bought the tires there.

I took my car in with a flat. The people waited on me quickly. They were polite and congenial. My tire was repaired in a short amount of time and best of alll........ the repair was free! Great business and people. Thank you!

The store and the folks are always the best and always provide the highest quality service. The reason for my lower marks this time is related to a damaged center cap that I found after I had my tires rotated. I heard a noise as if a rock or debris was inside one of my center caps. I finally took time to look and found my curb side front cap was loose. I went to the toolbox and grabbed the appropriate tool only to find that the cap had actually been over tightened and broken two out of the 3 pints of attachment. I have pulled the cap and am looking for a replacement on line.

Thank you Tom! I appreciate your honest help. I know how important auto service departments are. I was in the auto business for 24 years. It is a little out of my way to come to Mooresville but you make me feel like I am important to your business.You have always made time for me even when I see you are slammed. I feel like the price i pay is fair ,and the value is Par Excellence.!!

Shane and the team are first class. They accommodated our request to park our vehicle away from others. They even asked if it was ok to park it on the grass. They are honest, trustworthy and dependable. They will not sell you anything that you don't need.

I religiously get my car serviced at your shop, only thing I don't like is the long wait to get my tires rotated. This last service took 2hrs for an oil change and rotation. Other than that the service has always been great. Might think about adding lift and tire balance machine to the oil change center.

I was told I would have to wait 3 hours so I came back. Then I was told they would get it done quickly when I came back and two guys took an hour to check two tires. I was concerned because they kept walking away from my car. I went outside and stood by the bay. One of the guys was standing and talking with a guy there who had a Lingenfelter. Now I am sure that car was more interesting than mine but he had a job to do. Then they forgot to put the valve stem cover on one of the tires that I didn't notice until I got home because I also noticed that the tire was low on air and had to put some in it. If they were checking the tires, they should also make sure they have air pressure. I became concerned that the lug nuts were not torqued properly since they kept leaving and coming back so I had someone else check them. I did not want to be going down the road and a tire come off. I feel they should have paid more attention to what they were doing and less on other vehicles.

As a long time customer, I cannot say that everything has been perfect. However, any and all issues have been very well taken care of. I could not every go to another tire store. Manager, Shane and his staff are very good at taking care of their customers.

I was well taken care of by your manager Shane. He exceeded any an all expectations I had going in to big o for the matters I was conceconcerned about. My only issue with the work is that their is still issues with the car that I was promised would no longer exist if I had certain things fixed. Unfortunately, I now have to take my car somewhere else to have the issues addressed as I feel that something was either missed or I was misled in what was intended to ve fixed as being the issues at hand. I do appreciate your companies attempt. Again, Shane, is an excellent employee and representative of your company and I believe deserves a raise. Have a nice day.

Manager Tom Duh has consistently provided exceptional service. My water pump failed and he encouraged me to have it fixed at Big O in Mooresville, despite the fact that I live on the north side of Indianapolis. He promised to make it work my while. I had to have AAA tow it there, but he did as he promised. While not the most convenient location for me, I always know that they will do what needs to be done, they will do it well, and they save me money. This is my go-to store for automotive mechanical work.
