Long wait. Took 2 hrs. to get a "15 minute" oil change and tire rotation. Wish you took appointments.

Employees were very nice, only issue was that it took two hours for a tire repair when they estimated one hour. I understand that it is hard to predict, but I might have made arrangements to leather car rather than wait had I known.

We had to take the car back because two of the new tires on drivers side were leaking air. We were told they would get us right in. Two hours later we got our car back.They said the sensors where bad. They werent bad until they put the new tires on. They didnt charge for the sensors , which we didnt think they should have. They were working before we took the car in. We were satisfied with those who spoke to us about the car, seemed to take a long time to check out and replace tires.
