Big O Tires

Excellent work but the wait time much much much too long

Had a flat tire and it was fixed at no charge. I purchase all of our tires for the 4 cars I own and will purchase the next set for the '17 Malibu I brought in. Would have changed them Saturday but had a little more life on them and didn't have the time. Will set an appointment to replaced them in the next 60 days.

I noticed the cars oil life reminder had not been reset.

I've been using Bigo for about 10 years now have always been told the truth when I bring my veichel to there shop they an't just out there to get your money they are very truffle. Would recommend using them

After getting my repair, I noticed some instrument lights. I placed a call and left a voice message since the shop was closed. I was called back immediately and offered the option of coming back for repair. THE FACILITY WAS CLOSED! Top notch customer service!

Need to do some reinstall on door panel after window regulators were installed.

You guys are the only ones I let touch my cars. I have used them every time on the the last three vehicles that I have owned, all Chevys of course. :) You guys are the bomb.

Tom Duhl is very customer focused. Can't say the same for the store. I have had a number of friends stop going to Big O after feeling they got ripped off. So far, Tom has treated me very fair.

I have been patronizing this Big O tire store for several years and I have no intention to look elsewhere for my automotive needs. The employees are friendly and knowledgable. The manager, Shane Harris, exemplifies leadership with an obvious desire for complete satisfaction with each and every customer. They are a great team!

Service was excellent but a long wait.

The tire I purchased was good foe the price. Even the guy I I'd out it on said I got a good deal. The your lady who helped me was very nice with a constant smile. Nice to see a female there for once as well!
