There was a screw up with oil used in my car, however after I complained, the right oil was put in, no charge. I was satisfied with that

They always do what I ask. Look for thickness of my breaks, etc.

Maybe more staffing is needed for a Saturday. They did the very best they could with it being a rainy day, but the alignment took longer than anticipated.

Shane and Jeremy took great care to make sure I was happy. I set up the sale via phone with Shane and Jeremy. My vehicle was at Community Ford and I needed tires so I called BigO. The guys not only sold me the tires, but picked up my car at Community Ford so it would be ready when I got home from work, I do appreciate there willingness to insure a customer is happy. We all look at overall cost, but do we really understand what we get when we buy according to cost only? Cost was a factor, but I knew if I had any problem later it would be taken care of. David Doyle has built a well oiled machine in Mooresville with great team members. Sometimes errors happen, but how they are handled is what makes the difference in the end of the transaction. I personally have never had an issue, but I know a couple people that have and they left satisfied with the overall outcome! Keep up the good work TEAM BigO!!!!!!!!! Glad you are here Mr. Doyle!! Your shop was under construction during my visit. I worked with Tom Duh who in my opinion is by far the best tech/advisor that I have worked with in my years of owning vehicles.

Ryan and others at the Mooresville store went out of the way to get my new Z06 Corvette back on the road when one of the wheels cracked from a chuckhole encounter. They also treated me fairly when I needed new tires and wanted the alignment adjusted to improve tire mileage. I'll be going back whenever I need new tires or wheels.

I've spent a good amount of time with the Gentlemen at the Mooresville location! The always make my children and myself feel comfortable! They love my baby and seeing her face! Couldn't ask for a better auto shop in our community!
