Big O Tires

I think BigO is good at what they do but way over priced. Other than that, I'm pleased with the services they provide.

The staff are very polite and professional. It was a great overall experience.

Came in on the later side, everyone was polite and said that they'd stay until the job was done and there was no rush.

Used big O tire a week ago . took a long time but you are a great business so that's why you are so busy.

7:30 am to 9:45 is to long of time to wait for oil change and tire rotation.

mt son had his oil changed and it was fast and easy service.

They did not have an air filter in stock to fit my vehicle, so I had to wait another 30-45 minutes. They were supposed to vacuum out my interior, but did not. Overall, it was okay.

We have been customers for 10 plus years. Great service, honest and dependable.

The only negative is that the store is so busy that there is a substantial wait for service. It is a negative, but we understand why this is happening and we plan accordingly.

I was waited upon immediately. Told it would be 1.5 hours. It was. Most of all not charge for service on air in tires and checking one low tire. Good job Big O!
