Big O Tires

Came in for a price on two sets of tires. Have always been happy with their service and responsiveness. No different this time. I appreciate your efforts to get my car done quickly and professionally.

I always leave my headlights on the automatic position so that as it gets dark they come on automatically. This is the second time that I was driving after getting my oil changed and after it was getting dark noticed that my headlights were not on. Evidently after checking that the lights were working your employee did not return the setting to automatic but changed the setting to off which could result in a dangerous situation or a traffic ticket.

I have been going to big o tires in mooresville for 5 years with the same truck and at well over 200,000 miles, it still runs like a champ! I thank big o tires for that.

We were in for two of our vehicles at one time. Everything was fine other than the tires of my wife's were only inflated to 24 psi rather than 32 or 34 psi which is standard for those passenger tires. Since all four were inflated to the same pressure I wonder if the gauge is off or the tech was miss reading it. Luckily my wife noticed that the tires didn't look right and I inflated them to the proper pressure.

This was the second set of tires I've purchased in the last year, I've been very happy with your sales associates and overall cost of my tires. The service was quick, but I have one complaint, when I left my 2012 challenger which I keep washed and clean, plus my chrome wheel covers, I would expect the tire changers or service manager to return the car back like I left it. The wheels had grease hand marks all over them and the drivers door as well, which was very disappointing, especially since the rest of your service is top notch. That being said I will still be back when I need some kind of service. Thank You.

As normal the service was excellent and very timely.

Things to improve: 1) Free tire rotation w oil change is rarely possible without two hour wait. Or it can't be done because store closes for the day before rotation can be done. This is a downer. 2) With oil change, the inside of my vehicle has grime on floor and steering wheel when I get into it. What happened to protecting interior when servicing vehicle? You used to put put covers on floor boards. Other than those two things, I'm happy w service. Everyone is friendly, and it's obvious, very busy!!!

Oil change and tire rotation good job on both

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I really appreciate the fact that tire rotation is free with every oil change. I also received an estimate for a sensor that needed replaced. I came in on a Tuesday for oil change and back on Thursday for the sensor repair. I am really disappointed in the fact that my brakes started grinding the following Saturday. I would have thought that when they rotated my tires they would be able to see my brakes and inform me that it would need to be changed. Other than that I am very pleased with the service I have been given.
