Saturday's are always busy so come early to get done within their 10 minute oil change which really isn't 10 minutes. It is more like 15 to 20 but still good. If you are a new customer then you need to know what oil type you use because they don't. It will save you a couple of minutes at customer check in. Overall though not disappointed at all. Employees are friendly and prices are definitely reasonable. I will continue to keep coming.

when picking up the vehicle i to had to ask about the questions that i had told them to check. They should have answered these on the phone when they told me it was ready, I might have wanted them to go ahead and fix what else was wrong.

slight mix up upon picking up my warrantied tire under road hazard with computer showing a charge for the tire but when i mentioned that it should b a warranty issue the rep called someone and it was quickly resolved

Really depended on who you were talking to for the answers to these questions. For my memorable interaction, I was checked out for the wrong amount and I questioned it after as I wasn't handed an itemized recipient. I was charged 42$ more than I should have been as the service I needed (replace a tire with a used one as new wasnt in stock) wasn't available but I was billed anyway. The gentleman was quick to refund my card though. He was very friendly and was pleasant with me. There was also a dark haired gentleman in the oil service side, Chris, maybe? He seemed knowledgeable and customer service oriented as well. Very nice guys. I know diddly squat about cars and these two really helped and didn't make me feel stupid. Very appreciated.

Notified the attendant that the tires were flat spotted. They rotated and balanced. Didn't make it out of the lot and had to return for them to take the car back in and find that two tires were flat spotted and they replaced them. Should of checked the first time.

I switched from Firestone to big o in mooresville. Trust them completely,,,customer from now on. Sean was the first person to help fix my car, have been back for a couple of different things. Just wish I could make an appointment on the weekends when service is needed. I work 8 to 5 in fishers, Saturday is the only day I can have repairs done if needed.

I was disappointed upon leaving during rush hour to hear what sounded like a lot of paper stuck in tires and then my check emissions light came on for 24 hours before finally going off . The man that is at the front desk in the oil change dept is always friendly and helpful and that is why I come there.
