Big O Tires

I gave this store only 4 stars because it is so busy. They really are a 5 plus star store. They are running out of 2 buildings. And are still very busy. You have to be there by 9:00 am to get on their list for work other than tires. Work like suspension work. I was there 4 times and was told 3 times they where full that day. I would have to come back the next ed day. So for three days I came back earlier in the the day and earlier in the day until the forth day I got to the store at 8:15 am and got on the list for work to be done that day. So I went back to my truck to wait. It was about 1.5 hour wait until they got to my truck. Witch I was told up front, when I was put on the list.

Fantastic customer service. I wanted a type or tire that was not one the website and they went out of they way to find something and to accommodate me. I won't go anywhere else from now on.

Always busy, that's the one thing I hate about this store. But they know there stuff and I am always wellcomed by them knowing my name. They ask me what brings me in today and I just tell them my problem I am having. They tell me what the problem might be before they even look at my car. Then they tell me the wait time for them to look at my car and ask me if I want to wait that long. If I say yes they wright up a ticket of the problems in detail and I wait in the waiting room. Or if it is going to be a few hours I can leave and go elsewhere (shopping) and return there in a few hours and I am still in line as if I sat there for the few hours. These guys are the best. They answer any and all questions clear and to the point. And if I do not know what they are talking about sometimes they show me the broken or worn part on my car to better explanation what's wrong. So I get to see what's wrong before they replace it. I have learned a lot from these guys at Big O Tire.

Tires look good, ride good, and all is good. Jeremy was very knowledgeable, ton of information, polite, and helpful in picking out the best tires for our needs. Jeremy is an asset to Big O Tires.

They got my new wheels and tires looking great! Only problem i had was that i think the alignment was done wrong, for a few different reasons, and wasnt much help getting it fixed correctly but, I've gotta say tom was a great help on figuring out what tires i needed for my wheels. I definitely recommend asking him for sizing advice.

Your store was very busy when I arrived. The person got me right in and took the time to show me the tires I ordered. I was told it would take an hour and half to complete the job, but I was out in about an hour. Kudos. Also the shop smell like cigar smoke had to leave and get some fresh air. On my drive home my sensor alerted me to an air pressure problems. I stopped into Walmart to have them check pressure and they were over inflated. All in all I will be back next month for 2 more tires. Kudos

Recently went in for oil and coolant change, This is the busiest location of a big o tires that I have ever seen. The service was fast with the amount of people getting things done, do however feel that the store would make more money taking a few minutes to evaluate items to suggest other fixes, since I had a bad heater hose and my thermostat was out on my car which I would have paid to have fixed if suggested but since it was not, I fixed myself later that day. Does seem like this location could benefit from more equipment and employees. Most common complaint in waiting area was the time to do things, however they just don't have the man power and multiple equipment to do more than they are.

My wife curbed a tire and cut the sidewall. The employee looked at my paperwork and said it was under warrantee so I got the tire replaced at no cost, so that was great. I did wait over 2 hours, which surprised me for a Wednesday morning. It is noone's fault, I guess it is a good thing for you that the business is so busy. I was hoping to be in and out quicker. I am pleased with the experience though.

Rotated wheels and when they put my center cap back on they didn't get it back on right so I asked on of the guys in the shop to trim the center piece down so it would fit right and he was very nice and did it for me while I was standing there on of the guys that work in the shop came up to him you cant stop working on a car to do this was very rude to him I just paid over 4000 for wheels and rims I would have thought that he could have done that in private but the young kid just did it for me and all is good Thanks' to him I so wished I had got his name he looked new there

I appreciated that the mchanic who did the oil change reported the brake fluid reservoir was held in with ZIP TIES. I bought the car used a year ago and this wasn't caught until now. Your shop offered to call the local Ford dealer and if they had bolts, Big O would install them. As Ford was so close, I just went there and they were kind enough to put in bolts. Please thank your guys for attention to detail. With the extreme temperature changes in Indiana, the zip ties could have become brittle and broken. Thank you!

Called at 8am ask about financing on some tires I got approved called back told them the tires I wanted was told they had them ended up with a better tire not as aggressive as I like but does ride better shane matched the price of mesa to the crosswind and made it right wish there more opition of a tire but will ride these out for now last set I of tires I got 65k miles and they wasn't a name brand tire hopefully these last the same or more

I've been going to this store for at least 16 years. Always honest and affordable. I'm greeted by name when I walk in by Shane. He is just awesome. Even though he is always busy, make sure he greets me and ask me how I am.

Always a pleasure to do business with Big O! Staff is always so friendly and polite. Service is always top notch! But the staff having being courteous with no yelling or cussing is what keeps me coming back! A lot of businesses and restaurants need to learn your trick for being polite!!

Always get great service, it shows since you are always busy!!

My visits thus far, for work on my Saturn have been good. As there is a lot to do (tires, wheels, alignment), and some Saturn specific parts needed to be ordered, it'll take another week to finish up. One minor glitch was found after last weekend's work, and it was corrected, at no cost to me, today. I am pleased with the services to date: a lot better facility than two years ago.

I've been a long time coustemer of Big O Mooresville for oil changes and tires too. Service was always good and still is. My only complaint was a charge I've never seen before. The service charge added to the oil change was a surprise! That charge wasn't shown on the price board so I was suprized when checking out! Your price board should include that price. As it is it's very misleading!

Tommy was great to work with!!! He explained everything really well
