Big O Tires

Arranged tires in advance. I was the second person in the door at 0730. Replaced 4tires with alignment. Vehicle was completed at 0952. That is 1hr 20mins faster for exact same service I had in June on another vehicle. Time at store is only complaint

I was the first person through the door. I had 2 tires installed and an alignment. It took 3 hours. The tires were installed first and they sat the car outside. The alignment is in another buliding. I had to mention the car was waiting for alignment twice before they came and got it. I would say much of the time was waiting to be aligned.

The only reason I went with 4 stars is that business is so good ... the wait time is too long for most services. Also, I must say that general manager Shane is nothing short of Amazing. ... He actually has time to talk to me about my needs ... I get how incredibly busy he is, like the ringmaster at a 5 ring circus ... yet his recall for details, knowledge of the products ... and willingness to help me find the best value and price is probably the reason I have stayed with BigO for 18 years.

Technician added nitrogen to my tires but my panel was still indicating that I had a low tire. Maybe he needed to reset the sensor. Not sure! Probably need to go back and have tires rechecked. Not a fan of return trips.

Only issue i had is car took 6 qts oil and charged me $6 more for it. I have been going to dealership to get oil changed and never charge for extra qt so and never new it took that much. Just think that is a little expensive and oil change should be oil change unless its like a diseal I would understand that but i qt $6 wow. thanks

This trip went well as I was only get my oil changed, but the last time it took almost 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. I will try Plainfield next time due to the length of time service now takes in Mooresville. I am glad you are busy, but I don't have 2+ hours to sit and wait for an oil change and rotation.

I wàs very pleased with the service at BigO as all was.

I asked the salesman if you do price match, he said yes what did you find. So I told him about the price I found with a local competitor, he looked it up on their website and did better than their price. I was very pleased about it, I would recommend Big O Tire to friends & family.

Took the car in for a tire rotation and it was done in a timely manner.
