The only problem I have is the long wait time and it's hard to get my truck in to get the tires rotated or any tire repair done without waiting 2 hours. they'll always done me right and treated me good there but they just need a bigger place and more employees to better service the customers

My interior trunk light was out, ordered and installed new bulb, did not fix problem, checked fuses, all were fine. I was told it might be in the wiring. Charged me for bulb even though it did not fix the problem. Can someone else check the wiring at Big-O?

I was assigned to do a one year job in Martinsville, Indiana at new IPL Eagle Valley facility. I had four vehicles we took to Big O Tires for all maintenance items. We were able to drop our vehicles off and come back later to pick them up as we were pressed for time. Crews very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Big O Tire crew for everything while we were in area.

The guys over on the tire side, Shane, Tom, Nick are great. The guy on the oil change side not so great. There needs to be another person at the counter especially during peak times, early morning, mid-later afternoon. He can't process customers very fast. But I understand. .

I purchased 4 new tires from Big O in Mooresville. My wife asked how many sets of tires we have purchased from them I my reply, "All of our tires since the day their doors opened. Great place to do business.

If a mechanic uses an impact to install lug nuts and the torque wrench "clicks" immediately, there is a good chance those nuts are over-tightened. Not all of us have access to impact wrenches, especially when we are on the side of the road changing a tire. I'll be back, but I will most likely continue loosening and re-torquing my lug nuts after service.

Had alot of work done on my car through Big O. Had one little problem with a tire I guess but Shane Harris went out of his way to take care of me. I will not trust anyone else to work on my car but Big o in Mooresville. Thanks again to Shane for taking good care of me and my car

The oil change took 1 hour and 20 minutes. I asked for my brake fluid to be checked when I checked my car for an oil change. I know that this is out of normal parameters for an oil change, but I was told that this would be done. When I picked up my car I asked about the brake fluid level and the technicians didn't know anything about it, but did check it (upon my request) before I left their lot. Communication needs to be better because I now am wondering if the other levels of fluids in my car were checked.

First of all I'm a heating and cooling contractor so my vehicle is my livelihood. I had a blown tire and needed a replacement asap. If I'm not driving to my next job I'm not making money. Shane the manager knows this and was aware of how gast i needed to get back out there considering the recent warm temps. He fixed me up and got me on my way in less than an hour with several people ahead of me. Had a 6 hour wait for a new tire to be put on my car. When I did get it done they did not clear the low tire light that had appeared, so I had to go back.

I had an AC issue with my 2012 Infiniti that required the disassembly of the entire dash. I was afraid that the only place I was going to be able to address this issue was at the dealership. Tom was not afraid to take on this project and i couldn't be more pleased with the results. I've been working with Tom for many years and find him to be honest, fair and friendly. I was pretty disappointed when I found that he was no longer with the shop where I had been going. So much so, that I tracked him down to your store. Kudos to Tom!

Would be a better experience if they didn't try and sell stuff that didn't need replaced. Went in for brake pads, was told I needed brake pads, rotors, and a ball joint. I had the rotors checked and was told they would last another year or so. 350 more dollars for something that doesn't need replaced yet is a lot. But, my brakes are working like they should now(without the new rotors) and customer service was pretty good. Just don't try and sell more than what is needed.

Shane Harris, has been a great help to us. We started with Big O Tires when I was in the army at Ky. We got our first set of tires in 1990. When I Ret. and we move back home to Mooresville, we had to go to Franklin, In. to get work done or tires. When you opened in Mooresville My Dad and Brother started getting there tires at Big O as well. We have been going to Shane for work and tires for many years now. Shane and your tires are both great in our eyes.
