Big O Tires

Service was very good, and prompt. Employees are very friendly, and the coffee was fresh, and good.

My family and I have been going to the Big O store in Mooresville for a very long time, and we always receive excellent service. The one person I prefer to deal with is Shane Harris, because of his knowledge of all the services that Big O provides, and his desire to give the best service to all! Thank you Shane, and to all your team there at Big O.

On our trip one day with five young children our tire blew. Roadside assistance was saying 2-3 hours (which would also put us outside the business hours for the tire repair) we went to Big O Tires to see if they had anyway to help, they sent one of their workmen to our car where he removed the tired took it back to Big O Tires, put the new tire on the rim and then placed it back on my car. All this for just the price of the tire. Everyone was so kind and it was the best customer experience I have ever seen!!!!

They did not have the tire I wanted in stock and I needed a tire fast. They located a good alternative.

I was very satisfied with the service at the Mooresville Indiana location. Shane matched the tire price from a competitor in Plainfield and adjusted the alignment price. So I was able to stay in Mooresville and he kept the price within my budget. I will go back to Big O in the future. Thanks so much!

Came in for an oil change and spontaneously decided I needed new tires not only did I get tires and a discount but they also stayed an hour after closing to make sure they were mounted and balanced. That kind of service is why I keep coming back!!

Amy was really great getting my car in last minute before a road trip. The alignment was quick and my car drives significantly better than before. Although all the service crew seem to be helpful and knowledgeable, Nick goes above and beyond for us time and time again. We've had a tough couple years with a few of our vehicles and Nick has done his best to get us taken care of. He's also been very sensitive to the financial challenge these multiple repairs has been for us. We appreciate his patience and extra time he takes to get our needs met.

Excellent service from the Mooresville staff. Always complete repairs, or service in a very timely manner. Great recommendations, and options regarding services needed. Staff always explains significance of why the repair is needed and along with the specific pricing.

My vehicle's access to the engine oil filter is difficult. (2003 Acura TL) . Your people handled that situation very professionally .

I was a walk in customer... i just had new tires put on my 1 ton pickup in another state, by another tire shop (not Big O) and had a vibration. Your team got me in right away, rebalanced the tires, showed me what was going on, and had me back on the road in about an hour. I just drove 700 miles with a cargo trailer back home and the truck was as smooth as ever... thank you to the Big O team for taking care of a walk in stranger like I was a long time "by name" customer.
