Big O Tires

Good pricing, associates were very busy yet tires were installed and balance, aligned in a reasonable amount of time. Only negative would be that I didn't receive any product knowledge about the tires I purchased or about the warranty or the rotation/balance after purchase. I only found this out because I read the paperwork that I was given.

I will go back again.

I've said this before, the last time I was there. The service at check in on the oil change side isn't near as good as on the tire side. Was there again today. The guy did ok, but it takes them too long to check in a customer. I know it could happen here and does. So just letting you know how I see it.. The guys (and gal) on the tire side do a very good job for as busy and hectic it is over there.

Great job, as usual.

We are under the understanding that you do not do your work by appointment. We were unaware of this and came in after doing a doctor appointment which resulted in an almost 4 hour wait to get new tires since we didn't know to bring a second car for transportation.

Always quick and friendly service.

I asked if they would check for a leak on radiator. (having the same issues with durango overheating again, as it was in 2013 when had work done here) It does not do it all the time. but definitely an issue somewhere. I believe the guy who checked me in, forgot to tell the service guys=( After the wait I/myself forgot to ask. I was out of time. During oil change they were unable to check my air filter. Unable to remove the cover?? Can't tell if i need one if we can't see it. But I was out of time to let them try again.

Tom has taken care of my family's vehicles for more than 15 years. I always appreciate his recommendations and feedback and will continue to bring my vehicles in for service. Additionally, every staff member at Big O Tires has always been very helpful whenever I have an issue or question. Great service!

Just love this place to have my car serviced and cared for BUT sadly this last visit did not turn out so well... I had a serious pull to the right in my car and assumed an alignment was needed so had that done. IT was done in a very timely manner and I felt relieved to have it corrected BUT on the way how I noted that the issue was NOT fixed. The car is still pulling to the right when driven enough that it requires a strong grip on the steering wheel. I need this taken care of especially with my need for this vehicle as I am in therapy for some health related reasons and drive to to the appointments twice weekly. Thanks for hearing my concerns.. you are usually TOPS in my praise.

I came in needing 2 used tires because mine were so bad I shouldn't have been driving on them. But they didn't have any in stock. I was talking to one of the guys (I didn't catch his name) about what to do because my daughter had just been diagnosed with a serious medical condition and I needed to be able to take her to the hospital if needed and her appts..him and Shane did everything they could for me and I got all 4 of my tires replaced. They made sure I was able to safely get my daughter the medical help she needed and even asked how she was doing a week later. I will now forever be a customer of this specific store! They gave me hope that day in which I cried. They are an amazing group of guys who care and go beyond for their customers. I will forever be grateful for them because I had to take my daughter to the hospital twice that weekend. I can never thank them enough!

My sales rep was friendly and efficient. I wanted a specific tire and he already knew about them and could discuss them with me. They were ordered and installed the next day. As I waited, he kept me updated on the status of the work which I appreciated.

Nice redesign of the customer area in Mooresville! As always, I am confident that my car will be properly serviced at a fair price. I never have to worry about being overcharged or having unnecessary work performed. Service Manager Tom Duh is great to work with.

Recently purchased tires for our Honda Pilot and Accord through Tom was excellent. Also took my John Deere zero turn mower tire in with a flat and they repaired at no charge. Thank you, Only complaint is that it is always so busy there, but because they provide good service it is busy!
