I could not check anything in question 3 since none of those occurred. Your store definitely matched the price of the tires which were roughly $20 less at WalMart which was great!! My only issue is that you advertise make an appointment but even if you do it is still first come first served. This messes up people's schedules and allows people who show up late at the opening to sneak past those who have been waiting for an hour. The order of the line becomes dependent on who has the least amount of manners.

Overall pleasant experience. Had to wait 4 hours to get tires installed but they were super busy on a Saturday. I'm sure they were working as quick as possible

Exceeded expectations

I have brought 2 of my 6 vehicles there recently. The problem is I have brought the back numerous times for the same problem. The techs looked at the "problem" and said they fixed it. But then I had to keep bringing them back because they werent fixed. Then a week or so later my daughter was driving my santa Fe and had a tire explode on her. Mind you she's 17!!! But they said there wasn't a problem with the tire. So ticked off still.
