Big O Tires

On Thursday I noticed my front passenger side tire was low and stopped at Big O in Mooresville, where I had purchased the tires, to have a pressure check done. The tech who checked the pressure found the tire was indeed low and did some searching and found a nail in the tire. On Friday afternoon the tire was immediately repaired. Good job!

Overall this visit was great. Oil change, tire rotation, things like this that don't require a mechanic are always handled appropriately. My last visit was the mess and I hesitated to return, but again, oil change is not an issue. My car problem was misdiagnosed and they left water slushing around inside my car under the dash which caused the part to get wet again and cause dash lights to come on again. Took one "good" technician to diagnose the problem and release the water. Unbelievable that no one checked after I mentioned the sound of water swishing back and forth when I first came in. No apologies, no nothing. Wasted a bunch of my time unnecessarily. I don't know if I needed the $400.00-$500.00 part that was put in or if it was just wet. Still have a bad taste in my mouth about that visit.
