Great as always. Quick turnaround for an oil change.

I used them earlier this week, and they were very helpful and took the time to explain a couple of things to me. It's easier to pay for something/decline a service if you know what it is...

As always Shane Harris does a great job as supervisor.

I am so pleased with the service I receive at Big-O in Mooresville. I have complete trust in all the employees there and know when I leave they have advised all the service work I need, even if I don't have it done. They are the only ones who have worked on my Camry the last 7 years and they were the only ones that worked on my Malibu before that. I usually have to wait or drop the car off but I think it is worth it. They are never condescending because I'm a woman and are always polite and respectful.

Solid service and advice on my vehicle. The guys were able to get a lug nut off that the dealer told me they couldn't get off and would charge $100 to try. Your guys did it quickly, right and for no charge.

Very good did a complete check of all my tires

The salesman sold me tires that were being held for his neighbor. I was super happy because it was the only ones that were in stock since the Ford Edge Sport has a unique tire.

Mr. Duh always helps me with my auto needs . He is very knowledgeable. Tom gets my rotations fast and recommends to me the things I might want to look in to. Tom treats me like a friend , not just another customer walking in your door. I live in Speedway and could get my van or truck repaired closer to home , but I feel like Tom's advice in honest and fair. I will continue to do my work At Big O with Mr Duh. I think I passed over ten places for repair.But still came to your shop for one reason >Mr Duh!

Great service everytime

I am a single women and continued to have a slow leak in a tire...they assured me it would be taken care of plus they checked all my tires for my safety... I have used them before... very satisfied... polite and shows they care...I will always use them

Pricing could be a lot better.

Big O has always taken care of anything I have needed. I have worked with Shane for many years and I can't say enough about his customer service. Thank you to Big O for their continued high quality of service.

I feel like this is one of the best auto repair places around. You can't beat honesty and Integrity. You aren't pressured with other services and the work is good so that's why I go back.

Love big o however I witnessed a employee call another employee on the same phone line to talk about another sales guy there.... this same person was rude yesterday when I simply asked how long for a rotation...: been coming here a long time but afraid you have a bad apple in the bunch and unfortunately it's one you probably think is good....

Had my wife's car oil changed and asked that they check all tire pressure as one warning light was on. After driving about six blocks, had to turn around as light was still on. Went into tire side, explained what happened and was told to pull over to lube building. They immediately took care of it as all four tires were low with a smile and an apology. Shouldn't of happened but response was great

I actually considered not ever returning to your store after the pathetic service I received at your Plainfield store but I settled down and reflected on the fact that every time I had any type of service done at your Moorsville location I felt as though I been treated fairly and the work was as good as expected.
