Quick excellent service! In and out I'm under a hour!

Everyone at Mooresville Big-O have always exceeded my customer service expectations. They are pleasant and always treat me as if my satisfaction is of the utmost importance. They never try to sell me anything I don't need and have built a level of trust with me that is uncommon in this type of service environment. No matter what the need, or what the issue, I walk in and know I will walk out satisfied. Other service providers should benchmark this organization and learn what real customer service is supposed to look like.

My over all experience was great. I came back to Big O in Mooresville, because my husband trusted their work/service in past. Had some work done on Dodge Durango few yrs ago. Was really great to see that Shane Harris was still there. Says a lot about a company that can keep the same employees. Labor turnover. Hope you are taking care of him? Shane Harris did assist in my service. He was/is very polite and professional with customer service. That is a #1 in any business. Also making sure work is done properly. Sincerely Thank You! I've been in the Mooresville store 4 times in the past few months for everything from mechanical issues, to tires, to routine service. I have come to expect nothing less than outstanding customer service and that's exactly what I got every time. The guys are patient, knowledgeable, and honest. Those characteristics combine to make for an excellent customer experience!

My wife & I were traveling from Georgia to Indianapolis and learned (on our trip) that our tires were not properly balanced. We recently bought our all four tires from an NTB store in Georgia specifically for this trip. Shane Harris was exceptional in servicing our vehicle. You have chosen the right person to be your General Manager. It was a very busy Saturday at your store. Shane said it may take 2 hours to fit us into the cycle. It took approximately 1 1/2 hour start to finish. I didn't mind the wait as the workmanship was outstanding. It is truly commendable that your staff honors someone else's mistake at no charge. We have family in Indianapolis. Of course, we gave glowing reviews of your service. Thank you!
