I went in for a simple balance and rotation of my tires I purchased from BigO, there was an accident in the parking lot which blocked traffic and delayed service time. I found that Big O Tire went above an beyond my expectations to resolve the issue that we had with our tire repair. The Manager was very professional in the correction of the issue. I believe that everyone deserves a second chance and I am fully satisfied that Big O Tire in Mooresville In was given this second chance to resolve our issue. Very Nice people

Tom was very helpful, informative & knowledgable. He put me at ease with what I needed and didn't need for my car. I didn't feel stupid or that I was being taken advantage of because I was a woman like many places do when it come to auto repairs. Heade it a pleasant experience. I'll come back to him again

Always great service.

I went in for an oil change and my rear wiper blade also needed replaced. They did a good job of communicating and ordered my blade and a new arm. I couldn't be more pleased with the service! Chris was outstanding.

Great service. Great price. I had not bought tires from Big O in years. I stopped in to price tires and got such a great deal,not only did I get tires, but an alignment that I needed. The total cost was what most places wanted for tires only. Thanks again.

Bought four tires for my fifth wheel and dealt with Shane who in my opinion is the the best. Everything done as expected, all is good! Been a regular customer for almost 20 years. Wow!
