bought 4 truck tires & alignment. steering wheel was off just a little but was taken care & i am very happy with job

Best center in Indy.

Pleasantly surprised that my tire rotation after an oil change took less time than estimated and both service desk managers were awesome.

I worked with Shane and he is on his game. Busy guy, but taking care of everything. By everything, I mean the small details too. Overall, I was impressed..... and that is hard to do. Whatever you're paying Shane, in my opinion, he is worth more than that. When he is at Big O, he is Big O.

Fastest service i have ever received. Very slow day and i had no waiting. Great service as always and quick oil change.

My grandson bought a truck with bad tires and although the store was swamped with people wanting tires before a big snow, Shane located some tires, had them picked up and installed an hour AFTER normal hours.

Because everyone and his brother wants to use the store the wait can be a little long. But they treat you right!

I brought my car in Friday evening and intended to leave it with them to pick up Saturday morning. I was surprised that they had finished on Friday night. Great service. Great people. I will definitely be back.

I had my sister's A/C repaired and she shortly after got sick and passed away. I subsequently got the car in January and did not realize the A/C was not working. The car sat until last week when my son drove it and said the A/C was not working. We called the store and they told us to bring it back and they added Freon for us. I appreciate the help. It was still under warranty and they got to it right away

Always a pleasure to come here for service. Wish there were more magazines for women to read at the waiting room area.

I've been coming here since they opened the doors 20 years ago. They have always treated me right and do very good work. They always do what they say they will do and do it right.

The men at Mooresville are very good at what they do an I have recommend them to other people I trust them

Called the store to inquire about a specific tire. They were able to get me the tire I wanted the next day. I arrived at the store first thing in the morning, was greeted professionally and they got to work on my tires right away. Throughout the process, everyone was courteous. Coffee was hot, restroom was clean, waiting area was comfortable. Great experience.

It did not indicate above but I assume that 5 is the best of the best. That is what they are.

Shane & Nick are the best. Big O Mooresville has taken care of all my vehicles with a professionalism not often found in an auto service center. I am always contacted first about costs of repairs.

The guys at Big O were great, they repaired my tire and had me off an running again in no time!

I have bought all my tires from Big O, I did have a problem with the tire staying inflated, brought it back to the store, you fixed it promptly, it stayed inflated this time. I brought My son in law to your store he bought two tires. Which were cheaper then his usual store in greenwood. Thumbs up.

Big O in Mooresville keeps my 2003 on the road for a price I can live with. Great staff and mechanics.
