Big O Tires

I am more recent with Big "O" and have been very satisfied with the level of service. After replacing an intertube for my tractor tire this past weekend, I had a tire failure within two hours. The next day I ran dy Big "O" and was treated like a NASCAR driver. The repair was made, and I was off to finish a job within the hour! Things happen, and it's nice to have professionals back up their work. Thanks go to Thomas and his crew here in Mooresville, IN for a job well done.

Recently went in for oil and coolant change, This is the busiest location of a big o tires that I have ever seen. The service was fast with the amount of people getting things done, do however feel that the store would make more money taking a few minutes to evaluate items to suggest other fixes, since I had a bad heater hose and my thermostat was out on my car which I would have paid to have fixed if suggested but since it was not, I fixed myself later that day. Does seem like this location could benefit from more equipment and employees. Most common complaint in waiting area was the time to do things, however they just don't have the man power and multiple equipment to do more than they are.

Tom & Shane had my Trailblazer's water pump installed in 48 hours. Timely repairs are important since I only have 1 vehicle.

Everything was a good experience, I was treated like family.Tom walked me through everything. And give the price before the work started. And a big thanks to Erin Houchin, who worked thought lunch to get my truck finished.and to his brother. A great job. Thanks Big-O

I have been going to BigO Tire for years. I totally trust their recommendations. Shane and Nick are my "go to"� guys.

I appreciated that the mchanic who did the oil change reported the brake fluid reservoir was held in with ZIP TIES. I bought the car used a year ago and this wasn't caught until now. Your shop offered to call the local Ford dealer and if they had bolts, Big O would install them. As Ford was so close, I just went there and they were kind enough to put in bolts. Please thank your guys for attention to detail. With the extreme temperature changes in Indiana, the zip ties could have become brittle and broken. Thank you!

I've been going to this store for at least 16 years. Always honest and affordable. I'm greeted by name when I walk in by Shane. He is just awesome. Even though he is always busy, make sure he greets me and ask me how I am.

Came in for an oil change and spontaneously decided I needed new tires not only did I get tires and a discount but they also stayed an hour after closing to make sure they were mounted and balanced. That kind of service is why I keep coming back!!
