Big O Tires

Although all the service crew seem to be helpful and knowledgeable, Nick goes above and beyond for us time and time again. We've had a tough couple years with a few of our vehicles and Nick has done his best to get us taken care of. He's also been very sensitive to the financial challenge these multiple repairs has been for us. We appreciate his patience and extra time he takes to get our needs met.

Arrived at 7:20, oil change, cabin filter change, rotate/balance, out in two hours. Would like to have been out in less time.

Excellent service from the Mooresville staff. Always complete repairs, or service in a very timely manner. Great recommendations, and options regarding services needed. Staff always explains significance of why the repair is needed and along with the specific pricing.

As usual the staff was friendly, dealt with my needs in a better than timely matter and all for a more than reasonable price.

I purchase another set of tires again. I won't do buisness anywhere else. Tom was outstanding! I purchased them from Shane over the phone. He set it up for friday. Derick Jones wrote my ticket . What a friendly place to go.

I had a very friendly person helping me with the problems I was having with my breaks and made an appointment for their replacement.

BIG O in Mooresville is a favorite of mine for their attention to detail and the fact they back up their work should the issue arise again. I have purchased tires from them several times including tires for our big RV and they put new tires on a used car I purchased from Tri County prior to my purchase of that car and they have dealt with a tire issue and taken care of it and even gave me a big break on the expense of some new parts. Being a new widow, it is a comfort to know that they are there for me if car issues arise. THANK YOU BIG O, especially Tom and Shane. You are tops! Blessings!

The questions regarding greeting at car, alignment, and credit card are not applicable. The tires and wheels were hand carried and Shane knows I don't want a card as I have dealt with him a number of times in the past. He has always provided excellent service and recalls my needs and pet peeves.

This is the 4th set of Aspen Touring tires for cars belonging to our family. They are good quality and reasonable in price

As always I am totally happy with the service I get at Big O Tire in Mooresville, Ind. They go out of their way to help me. I trust Shane completely about repairs needed. He is my "go to"� person.
