Took a week, but they got all the needed parts, gave me any and all possible discounts, and did an amazing job. They were so friendly as well. Thanks a lot, guys! Peeps: I highly suggest getting their credit card. Helped make payments for the car repairs more affordable and there is a rebate available when you spend certain amounts! More savings!

I had so much work to do in my yard the upcoming weekend. My son was driving my lawnmower, ran over an obstacle that destroyed one of the front tires. I went to Big O and barely arrived before they closed. Shane was so very helpful, he processed my request for a new tire at the last minute, on a Friday, with understanding, and a smile. I have always received great service at Big O, and the customer service/interaction is the best. Shane always stands out. Big O is a stellar company and it is a a pleasure to do business with a company that is accommodating, even at the last minute. Oh, and I did get much of the yard work done! Thank you!

Very professional service and friendly

I took my secondary vehicle my '99 S10 pickup truck in after my tire had went down on the rim sitting idle this winter. I had them inspect for any potential issues on the tire wear since I had just purchased this vehicle in the Fall. I got a good deal on tires, rotation and alignment. I had left the vehicle overnight for the work and went in before closing the following day. During that time the battery was once again dead. Being that it was due for a new battery they did the replacement for me and ensured it was running, this was done after normal closing time.

I have been to this BigO twice now and will always choose this store for any vehicle needs I have. These guys are great. They make you feel like a valued customer, honest communications and fast service. I found them as a AAA has them listed as a recommended merchant and I am honestly pleased with every aspect of this store and the service they provided. I recommend them to anyone that has a need for a good, honest business. I appreciate the value I feel as their customer.

everything was good as always,,,

Was leaving in a trip to Florida and decided to take my Wrangler. Last minute oil change and tire rotation (my fault). Told Tom what I needed and that I was leaving for Florida! He got me right in and took care of all my needs. I expected a delay due to the volume of big o customers and was I in and out in a flash! Thx Tom for making my day less stressful and getting me in and out!

Great place to buy tires...

Though I have "some"� car knowledge, I decided to take advantage of Big O Tires, Used Car Inspection, prior to making an offer and ultimately, purchasing, my new, "slightly used"� car. Doing so, I was able to offset the cost of needed repairs in the selling price, which covered the estimated repairs, for now. Remember, there's always a reason why someone trades in a perfectly good, used car and just as God's Creations break down, so will your new, slightly "used,"� probably never abused, man made car.
