Big O Tires

Until I have a reason not to support Big O Tire I will continue to depend on them.They are polite and for the most part always have a smile on their face. I have always been treated with respect.

Not sure if 1 or 5 was best on last answer. Never and issue coming to Big O. Great service, always honest and willing to help you. Tom Duh was especially nice and got me taken care of right away. Customers for life.

The rotation was done right but the front tires are really out of balance. So I will run like this for a while and see if it settles down. If not I will come back for a rebalance. Thanks

My car and I, limped in at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. My service advisor Shane, said he would try to have it ready by Tuesday afternoon. The following day, at 1:30, Shane phoned and said they found the problem and had it repaired and ready for me to pick it up. That says it all! There are so many reasons why I continue to be a loyal customer however, if I had to chose but one, my service advisor Shane would be the main reason. The next time you need tires or service for your vehicle, stop in the Mooresville store and ask for Shane. Tell him, Sam referred him. You won't be disappointed.

As usual the crew was awesome! Always willing to go above and beyond! Always willing to give you the best deal even without a coupon. Even with price matching when they can. Only place I go!

I always get great service here. The people at the counter are always informative and professional. I was helped by Tim Duh I beleive and really appreciated his patience and helpfulness, you guys have a customer for life.

I've been coming here for years and keep coming back because of the excellent service I've gotten. Always appreciate the personal attention. They always seem to go just a little out of their way to help.

First, Big O put 4 new tires on my wife's CRV. It has a much better ride now. As for my Civic, Derek gave me a $70 discount and a $50 discount. So I am pleased. Honda told me I needed to replace the rear right tire, but Shane noticed that it was the left rear tire that needed replacing. So I am very pleased with both Derek and Shane.

The employees at the Mooresville Big'O Tires are always very friendly and courteous! Even though this store is quite busy most of the time, they welcome my business and are very efficient in completing the work on my vehicle. Thank you!!

Follow-up: The initial service may have had its issues but the follow-up from the owner himself was awesome. Within minutes after he found out I had issues he contacted me directly. He listened to my experience and the concerns I had. He was right on top of addressing those concerns. He had them all addressed within the next hour. He even contacted Tire Barn to see what their price was and addressed the issue I had about over paying. Big O came through on their guarantee. They matched the price and made everything right. Awesome service! Big O has won this customer back!! Original: I used to really trust Big O, but this was not a normal experience I had with them. My brother-in-law who works directly with this store is always talking about how great it was so I grabbed a coupon and tried my luck. Seems this just wasn't my day. 1st the coupon I grabbed was actually tire barn so big bummer there. With my past history I decided to have them match the price because after all they guarantee the lowest price in town. Big Lie and my mistake for giving in but for 7:30 am on Saturday sometimes you just don't want to argue!!!!!! Big O couldn't even come close to matching the price so I paid almost an extra $100 for tires. Ridiculous!! But I paid my stupid tax. Where is what I heard: * The similar tire to what Tire Barn had they don't keep in stock. It is the economy version with only 40,000 mile on it. They would have to order it. Well when I called the day before it wasn't a problem to get them. If I didn't want or in this case need them I would not have came in for them on this day. Not everyone can just take days off whenever they want. * Even with the similar tire they couldn't match Tire Barn's price. So much for that guarantee. Overall the service was about normal (2 hours) because even though I got there at 7:31 am 2 people were in front of me for tires. I guess those 2 people being 1 minute faster must have been waiting outside for them to open for hours. Rest of the issues I had were just customer comforts that should have been there but weren't. I should have just dropped off instead of waiting. No more big O only Tire Barn from now on. I also need to update my family and friends who do business with them to ensure they get the best price available. Follow

Dave, My family followed Tom over from Goodyear and for good reason. He always makes sure we are taken care of well. Both Tom and Jeremy do a great job and frankly I do not even think twice about paying for the car repairs that I need because I know I am being treated fairly. That is priceless to me as I have six kids and more cars than that. Send Tom on a fishing trip!

In the past month have required there services 3 times; once for truck back tire warning light came on pressure was low (they did a little extra on that job for free), then tire blown on car my son drives...they fixed that with a good used tire they happened to have (they could have just sold me a new one), and yesterday they fixed the brakes on front and caliper on same car . They are always kind and pleasant even though I called several times ( I was afraid I was bugging them, they nicely told me I wasn't). I feel like I can trust them. Am very grateful for their service and respectful employees.

We were customers of Tom at Goodyear forever. We just moved to Big O when he moved. We can always rely on his expertise and honesty - He has been a big help to us keeping our seven vehicles on the road all these years. Will continue with you guys. Thank you. I had my 2007 suburban services by the team at the Mooresville,Indiana location. I commend them for the awesome job they did..this vehicle definitely presented a load of challenges with the dawn if each new day yet tget handled each situation like a pro. Nick is wonderful!! His customer service is phenomenal!!!

I've been coming to this location since it has opened. That alone should say something!!!! Shane and his staff thru the years have been more than exceptional. Shane is as professional and more than fare as one could ask for. I love his "whatever it takes" mindset to keep customers happy. I had great service! I was finally able to get brand new tires with a warrant...yay! Big O was also kind enough to provide transportation to and from my home while I waited for my car to get finished. It was an easy in and out process and my tires are working out perfectly.

I run a small lawn maintenance company here in Mooresville so when I have a mower down I'm in trouble and losing valuable time. Just this week (wk of Aug 26) I sliced a tire it was non repairable. I had another tire but needed the old one removed and the replacement tire mounted. In 1hr they had me on my way again. Thanks you guys are awesome

Always good service and accommodation

I dropped my car off over night with a flat tire and my husband picked it up the next morning. They always do a great job with customer service as well as vehicle services. Glad I bought road hazard coverage on my tires! Big o saved me from spending lots of money!
