Came in to see Tom. Got me in and out so quickly on a complex vehicle! Great service and great employees! Won't go anywhere else!

Bob was picking up a car at St Barnabas to be serviced...I asked him if he thought BOT could possibly check out my son's Jeep. You see O'Brien Jeep had the vehicle for 5 days and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Bob talked to Shane and Shane said to bring it in, he wouldn't promise anything but would try. We drove the car down on Tuesday and picked it up on Friday AND BOT did find and correct the problem. Our family will now have our cars serviced at BOT. Thanks to all who took their time.

Got in an out quickly. A little on the pricey side to re-charge air conditioning, but I like the shop and the guys that work there.

When I had trouble with my car and needed a tow truck the store manager arranged it immediately even though the establishment was about to close. Took care of the problem early Monday morning, great service from this manager.

I dropped my car at the facility and was given a ride back home. I was given detailed information about my car repairs. It was a very fast and professional service. I know that all my cars are in excellent hands. Staff is very courteous and they are experts in what they are doing.

The service was fast and completed well. The staff is very friendly and work well to figure out what would work well for the customers needs.

I've now been coming to this location for several years, and purchased a number of sets of tires for my family fleet.... I've always been very happy with the service, never pressured. And listening to the interaction of the folks there with other customers, I've always felt they were doing things in best interest of their customers. They are always the first, and usually the only place I will go for any tire needs.
