Big O Tires

My wiper blade got replaced, and I would not have known there was an issue if I.had not visited Big O

I rate cleanliness by the restroom. it really was clean!! I knew that I would have a wait because I needed a tire plugged and that is a free service and I totally get that verses someone buying tires or other services. It was a long wait but I planned for it and was appreciative for the service and the recommendations given to me, and an air conditioned place to sit. I appreciate that I'm not pressured into buying a service or items like other places. I often tell others about the great service and attitudes of the employees. Only wish you were open a little later in the evening weekdays, but from your worker's standpoint, I'm glad you close so that they have family time in the evening. -Thanks and blessings!

It's great to do business with a those that show genuine concern for the customer. As more and more business show us that they are only interested in getting as much money out of my pocket as possible, I feel that I get great value and service from this group. I will keep coming back.

The guys at Big O were great, they repaired my tire and had me off an running again in no time!

I liked their work and getting me out quicker than I thought they would they were very courteous the only thing I didn't like they don't carry motorcraft oil and that is the only motor oil that's ever been put in my car until they put Vavoline in it.

Big O in Mooresville keeps my 2003 on the road for a price I can live with. Great staff and mechanics.

Went in to get a flat fixed. Had the spare (donut) on. When I went to pick my car up the spare (donut) & jack were all put back in the storage compartment properly instead of just thrown in the trunk. I didn't expect this at all since I was the one who just threw all of that stuff in the trunk to begin with. Outstanding customer service. Thanks

Tom Duh was extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what my problem was by just describing a couple symptoms. The dealer couldn't do that! I have now started bringing all my vehicles to Big O for service and tire needs. Thank you Tom Duh

Not really sure store cleanliness needs a rating! It's a service shop, and it's winter here! I come to Big O for all of my service needs outside of my vehicle's warrantied items. The place is always busy, but customer service is never lacking. I trust you guys with my vehicle and my safety. Thank you for all that you do!

Excellent customer service. The manager, I think is name is Shane is very good, calm, and speaks professionally to customers and employees.

Because of the kindness at this establishment due to Shane and Nick they saved my job and put me back on the road in a very safe vehicle. I wish that I could rate each person separately and I would go 10 * Infinity for both of these gentlemen thank you very very much. Tom (Loh ?) has always taken care of me when I need something.... he's extremely professional and knowledgeable. I've been going top the Mooresville location for many years and Tom has been my go-to guy for information and assistance on all my tire needs. However, when a business such as BigOTires turns a catch phrase, "We will earn your business"� into a reality, I am compelled to offer my opinion.
