Big O Tires

When I mentioned in coversation a couple of weeks ago that I needed new tires, Bob Miller prompted me to give Big O a visit. He took my tire size and made a call to Shane. My mom was hospitalized and I didn't make it to Big O for about a week and a half - I came in late in the day and instead of being rushed through or met with a huff and an eyeroll (it happens A LOT in retail if you cut it close to closing time, which I try NOT to do, but sometimes it can't be avoided) I was helped in a timely but thorough manner. Polite, friendly staff and great service and price - I will definitely be back!

I appreciate the help I received from Spencer, the associate who assisted me.He was very good at reviewing all my options to replace tires.The service was completed in a timely manner which was convenient for me.

Called Shane in the morning and he special ordered tires for me. He had them there by 3 pm and put them on and gave me an alignment. Definitely will be returning here every time.

I've been coming to this location since it has opened. That alone should say something!!!! Shane and his staff thru the years have been more than exceptional. Shane is as professional and more than fare as one could ask for. I love his "whatever it takes" mindset to keep customers happy. I shopped around and ended up buying 4 new tires from Big O because of their $100. off sale.I'm very happy with the tires and service including an alignment.My car feels new with smooth running tires and hands off the wheel steering.I would definitely recommend them.

I run a small lawn maintenance company here in Mooresville so when I have a mower down I'm in trouble and losing valuable time. Just this week (wk of Aug 26) I sliced a tire it was non repairable. I had another tire but needed the old one removed and the replacement tire mounted. In 1hr they had me on my way again. Thanks you guys are awesome

Your staff is top notch. Everyone there from techs to managers, explain in detail what needs to be done, what is being done, through out the work process. All very professional. Shane is outstanding and goes above and beyond to make things right. Tom works hard to get all jobs completed and informs you along the way. Cole is professional, and friendly. I dropped my car off over night with a flat tire and my husband picked it up the next morning. They always do a great job with customer service as well as vehicle services. Glad I bought road hazard coverage on my tires! Big o saved me from spending lots of money!

My family and I have been going to the Big O store in Mooresville for a very long time, and we always receive excellent service. The one person I prefer to deal with is Shane Harris, because of his knowledge of all the services that Big O provides, and his desire to give the best service to all! Complete professional service at every level...,,knowledgeable, friendly staff and technicians made an 'out-of-town' customer/who was in a bad situation, feel right at home. Feeling safe and secure with the repairs as completed,, I was back on the road in a timely manner, and I might add,, at a very reasonable price..

Always been taken care of promptly and efficiently. Shawn and Steve have always been courteous and helpful, the techs on staff are also very considerate and mindful of the customers requirements. I have brought all of the many family's vehicle to this location for many years and will continue to do so. It is great to have a local service center you can trust to take care of your vehicle. One of the signs that they take care of the customer is you always seem busy.

Had alot of work done on my car through Big O. Had one little problem with a tire I guess but Shane Harris went out of his way to take care of me. I will not trust anyone else to work on my car but Big o in Mooresville. Thanks again to Shane for taking good care of me and my car

I drive a considerable distance to have my car serviced at your Mooresville store because of service manager Tom Duh. He always ensures I will get excellent service, doing only what is needed and at a reasonable price. The other front counter folks are also congenial and helpful. Thanks for being my automotive maintenance store of choice.

First of all I'm a heating and cooling contractor so my vehicle is my livelihood. I had a blown tire and needed a replacement asap. If I'm not driving to my next job I'm not making money. Shane the manager knows this and was aware of how gast i needed to get back out there considering the recent warm temps. He fixed me up and got me on my way in less than an hour with several people ahead of me. I had an AC issue with my 2012 Infiniti that required the disassembly of the entire dash. I was afraid that the only place I was going to be able to address this issue was at the dealership. Tom was not afraid to take on this project and i couldn't be more pleased with the results. I've been working with Tom for many years and find him to be honest, fair and friendly. I was pretty disappointed when I found that he was no longer with the shop where I had been going. So much so, that I tracked him down to your store. Kudos to Tom!

Shane Harris, has been a great help to us. We started with Big O Tires when I was in the army at Ky. We got our first set of tires in 1990. When I Ret. and we move back home to Mooresville, we had to go to Franklin, In. to get work done or tires. When you opened in Mooresville My Dad and Brother started getting there tires at Big O as well. We have been going to Shane for work and tires for many years now. Shane and your tires are both great in our eyes.

They are very good.
