Big O Tires

I came in needing 2 used tires because mine were so bad I shouldn't have been driving on them. But they didn't have any in stock. I was talking to one of the guys (I didn't catch his name) about what to do because my daughter had just been diagnosed with a serious medical condition and I needed to be able to take her to the hospital if needed and her appts..him and Shane did everything they could for me and I got all 4 of my tires replaced. They made sure I was able to safely get my daughter the medical help she needed and even asked how she was doing a week later. I will now forever be a customer of this specific store! They gave me hope that day in which I cried. They are an amazing group of guys who care and go beyond for their customers. I will forever be grateful for them because I had to take my daughter to the hospital twice that weekend. I can never thank them enough!

I took my secondary vehicle my '99 S10 pickup truck in after my tire had went down on the rim sitting idle this winter. I had them inspect for any potential issues on the tire wear since I had just purchased this vehicle in the Fall. I got a good deal on tires, rotation and alignment. I had left the vehicle overnight for the work and went in before closing the following day. During that time the battery was once again dead. Being that it was due for a new battery they did the replacement for me and ensured it was running, this was done after normal closing time.

Took my wife's suv in for 4 tires last Saturday around 11:30am they were having a great sale of buy 2 get 2 for free with an alignment . Great deal ( even though they closed at 3:00 pm with about 20 customers before me, they assured me they would have it done before they left . It was done by 4:15 . With a voucher for alignment ( as we agreed too ) I'm impressed that they accomplished it!! Wife loves the way it drives and handles with recommended upgrade . Happy wife happy life! Thank you!

I have been to this BigO twice now and will always choose this store for any vehicle needs I have. These guys are great. They make you feel like a valued customer, honest communications and fast service. I found them as a AAA has them listed as a recommended merchant and I am honestly pleased with every aspect of this store and the service they provided. I recommend them to anyone that has a need for a good, honest business. I appreciate the value I feel as their customer.

The staff was friendly and I received immediate service even though I had no appointment. I was greeted in the parking area behind the oil service door. I needed a replacement bulb for my headlight. The service mechanic replaced both headlight bulbs and the cost was affordable. I will take my car again to Big O whenever I have a minor repair such as this one.

Shane is the best. He came through for me in a pinch when I was stranded with a fast leaking tire with my wife and daughters in the car. My visit could not have lasted longer than 20 minutes and we were on our way. I drive 40 miles out of my way to do business with Shane.

The staff at this location are always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. This place is always busy, but the staff take their time to hear my concerns. I'm always nervous to take my car to mechanics because I worry that they will take advantage and overcharge; however, I never feel this way at the Mooresville location. They seem to genuinely about the quality of their work. I have been coming here for years and continue to be a dedicated customer to them. Thank you!

I was having a recurrent problem with my back tires. I brought the vehicle in twice and they were very willing to look at the problem again the second time and make the necessary repairs without additional cost to me. (Wasn't anything they did the first time I picked up a nail in the tire.) No matter which vehicle I bring in they are always courteous and get the necessary work done.

Shane, the Manager, went ,above and beyond in being sure everything was done correctly with my car. I was out of state during their service and he communicated with me regularly, whichever way I needed, email, text and phone. He explained things in as much detail as I'd ask. He was also a good listener re my description of the issues with my car and even ideas I had about repairs. I would definitely recommend Big O in Mooresville, IN. All the staff were friendly and helpful, as well as efficient. I am so grateful for their excellent work on my car!

Since the first time I've come into this location, I've always been treated with the kind and fair treatment that I've come to expect of anyone working on my car. In a way, I feel like I'm treated as family with the concern that they show in checking all areas of the car. I certainly plan on continuing to bring my car in to this location for the things I need.
